Was in a good location

The hotel was very dirty and not clean. Boogers on the walls, sink was not draining.

They were very rude to me and wasn’t understanding at all

The customer service

The pool and the free wifi is the only thing it had going for it there. And that McDonald's was right across the street

I don't like how much it cost for one night and you'll not able to cancel your reservation.

the pool was cloudy and smelled like sewage. they had a door propped open but the smell was too unbearable to stay in the room the toilet wouldn’t flush and had to be plunged

The hotel was very well insulated for a quiet stay regardless what time of day.

The breakfast hours stopped a bit earlier than we tend to eat breakfast, causing us to be unable to eat the free breakfast and have to drive elsewhere to buy our breakfast.

The breakfast was good, good variety. I love that the coffee was always ready.

Couldn't use the pool ,was told maintenance guy was fired, so no one ever attempted to clean the pool or hot tub, the hot tube was green and I couldn't see the bottom of the pool or hot tub. The facility was dirtier then last time we stayed. And the Wi-Fi was a unsecured network so my laptop and cell phone wouldnt connect, so getting my work done like I needed to never got to happen.
