Excellent infrastructure and location

The staff ruined our stay. So we couldn't explain where you can have breakfast. sent to a restaurant that is closed. And we hurried to the airport in the morning. The whole stay was ruined last morning.

Beautiful grounds and pool facilities.

Pet policy ie requirement to stay with pet for duration of stay. Also - front desk staff not properly trained.

The beds were uncomfortable... the pillows too hard ...

The resort was beautiful and the room was very nice, comfy beds! My grand babies loved the lazy River and they enjoyed the turtle feeding! The staff was very friendly! We are already planning to go back!

Our room didn’t feel like it ever completely cooled off, wasn’t hot but it didn’t seem like the ac was working properly! I also did not like that you couldn’t bring outside drinks and snacks into the pool area, having two small children it’s definitely needed!

The pools and lazy river was the highlight of our trip!!

Housekeeping was not ideal. I had to call twice to ask for new sheets on our beds and finally when asked a third time, sheets were delivered to our door for us to change ourselves. I also noticed our bathroom was not cleaned on a daily basis. We have kids, we notice when things aren’t clean. I was unhappy with the level of housekeeping in general.

Restaurant was good.

There was renovations going on all over the resort. Took away from nice place to stay.

For some reason me and my husband appear to be the only people checked into the hotel so it was very quiet it was no activity whatsoever.

The food at back table was expensive for their menu options were very seriously lacking but thankfully we had included breakfast with our package so we didn't have to pay for that.

Location was great

The bathroom was not clean. There was urine on the toilet seat. When I told front desk nothing was done or even offered. Just a sorry about that.

Beautiful place

Our fourth vacation in this beautiful resort. But the management changement to Hilton chain, hurt bad, upon our opinion this beautiful resort! The staff is worst, the breakfast is worst.

How could be possible that the elevators in the 5000 building did not work for 48 hours, between 17.09. 2022 and 19.09.2022 ?!?!?!

Las piscina, el río, toda el area de las piscinas.

the bathtub. the water did not go down. I had to uncover the floor plug to remove all the encrusted hair from the public so that my children could bathe. it sucked. but I had to do it because the water did not go down and the shower and the water were filled up to the ankle.

The large rooms, the location to the pool. The lazy river & pools are terrific?

The pool people running the restaurant at night there were not too friendly.

Very clean. Spacious even with a toddler . They had so many activities for my girl aside from the pools.
