It smells and the carpet is dirty. Electric outlets broken

The breakfast was good. The service at check in was excellent
The room wasnt as clean as I would have expected. There was hair in our shower and the floor was dirty. Also, for the price being charged the room is a lot smaller than anticipated. There wasn’t much room to move around, only to sit on the beds. Also, our shower stopper was broken, and the ceiling has holes in it. Also, we were told that we would get a $50 gift card for booking two nights but we never received it?

very clean hotel, didn't look like much from the outside but a very decent interior. business hotel looking and clean furnitures!
located very near the outlet stores, which is a plus point if you're there for the outlet!

Staffs are kind
Guys next door were drunken and make big noises they yelled at each other entire night for 2 days. No one checked.
