It was a big room

The paint was not complete, The remote was broken and the restroom floors were wet and did not drain well, older room

nice room, big room , had everything we needed

I booked my room 1week prior to the trip, check in time is 3pm . they didn’t have my room ready until after 7pm…. a friend of mine booked the night before and checked in on time at 3pm . very disappointed 😔 they gave us a 1pm check out to accommodate but we were tired from travel and had to get up early so not much sleep.

The room smells, a lot of dirt, floor was dirty, shower, need to be clean with bleach, second night, I was there shower looks the some throw up. Doors in the bathroom was Pooh, clean better please.

the outside property is very nice . inside is also ok . the bed and room clean . the area was central location and close to everything.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property is a short walk to a McDonald's and a bit farther under Hwy 101 to a Denny's.

This is an older, traditional drive-in model property that has been remodeled. Unfortunately, the sound insulation is poor. Also, the fridge in our room was very noisy and we had to unplug it. And the little coffee maker was missing a part. Heating/cooling is with an under-window unit which was also noisy.

The staff were available and helpful 150%. The bed and pillows very comfortable, large room and looks recently remodeled. We had a room on 1st floor. Close to office and we'll lite. Parked car in front of room. our room #104 was close to office. Shower in room with tub. No pets allowed.

People sitting in shrubs outside of hotel room until late. We were fearful of leaving our room. We did not go to breakfast because we were not comfortable walking outside.

Friendly staff very helpful. Very clean comfy room. Nice and quiet too.

The air conditioning seemed not to work so well.

I turned on the heat and there was a terrible smell coming from the unit. I had a cold night.

We did not care for it once we got there, but felt stuck to stay!

The location, the staff and the surroundings. The girl at the desk was very unfriendly and flippant. There were several people hanging on bannisters and lots of dirty muddy shoes and boots by every door. in our room, we could not access the shower head to come on. The lamp had a broken bulb I. the socket and a leg was missing on the office type chair. the street noise was loud and we couldn’t sleep. ugh!

It was quiet and comfortable. It was nice to have office chair and extra side chair. It was easy to connect our electronics and do our work.

Only one garbage can, coffee maker was too high to fill with water. Had to bring down in front of microwave to prepare for coffee. Is it possible to place on dresser. Thank you
