Nice linens, comfy beds.

The safe in our room wouldn't work & we wasted 1-1/2 hrs waiting for them to fix it. As a result, we missed one of the acts we wanted to see. In the end they put our valuables in the manager's office & fixed it after we left. Had a walk-in shower (handicapped room), and it had a lot of discoloration in the joints. Don't think it was dirty, but looked like it was.

staff is very friendly. The was perfect the perfect height to not need swimmers on.

It was slightly out of the way (however off the beaten path is a positive for me!)

The king fireplace spa suite, the bathrobes and nice showers. Great pool area for the kids.

The large groups of people taking over both hot tubs, the pool. People leaving empty beer cans and booze shooters all over outside by the outdoor hot tub, especially with lots of kids running around.

staff seemed a little flustered and I do wish there was 2 elevators as it was a busy weekend there and there was always a wait for the elevator
