Customer service was really good. Loved that the rooms didn't have carpet.
Breakfast was little to be desired. Hallway area needed cleaned. Wish the pool was open a bit later.

The rooms seemed fresh and newly updated. Breakfast and the pool were nice.The staff was friendly and helpful.The coffee was great.
The rooms were stuffy, with high humidity. Even with the air cranked down yo 60 it wasn't until early morning our first night that we were able to sleep comfortably. When we asked for an additional blanket because our air needed to be so low there were none available. They didn't replace our cups when they cleaned our room.

Definitely the price! The room was clean and they did dailies housekeeping.
The continental breakfast selection was very bad! Basically bananas and stale tiny cinnamon rolls.

Breakfast only consists of cereal or waffle, the waffle maker was broken. Bathroom was dirty and the toilet leaked. Not worth the price of the stay.

Due to allergies we didn’t eat the breakfast.
We had to change rooms twice due to broken security locks on the doors and our third and final room had the hot and cold water mixed up in the sink! When I let the cold (blue dot) tap run for a while it got very hot and when i switched over to the hot (red dot) the water ran to cold!

The staff was exceptional! The room was nice. The breakfast was exactly what you would expect from a hotel like this!
The bathroom was dirty. I had to scrub brown scum. Off of the fixtures in the shower before use. The bath tub had a crack/hole. Toilet looked scummy(I didn’t attempt to scrub that).

Rooms were not clean; there was an odor. We had an ant problem and had to change rooms.

I had my laundry stuck in the laundry room and no clothes or my work clothes and I was going through health issues and it was very inconvenient. and when I said something to the staff about my unconvincence they told me all I would have to check out and they contact me with my belongings another time.

The staff was so friendly and rooms were clean
Hotel guests hanging tight outside lobby doors smoking. Would have preferred a place off to the side for them to smoke so I didn't have to walk through their second hand smoke

Ok.
Room exceedingly humid. Work papers damp feeling after only 2 hours. Had to get dehumidifier to dry the room. Had to ask to get room serviced.

It was in Neenah and close to highway.
There was holes in the wall. Outlets were damaged. The bathroom door was crooked and would not shut. The boss was unaccomidating, we were here for marathon and asked for later check-out time to back and take a shower... was told NO very sharply.. you can not clean all the rooms at one time... You need to treat your guests respectfully. We were only asking for 1 extra hour.

The hot tub was not working and I looked forward to using it after a very stressful funeral-the reason I was in town

convenient to where we needed to be and price was reasonable. the restroom was clean.
the property was dark and dingy. it smelled bad, therefore it was not a good value even though the price per night was reasonable. there was also a lot of highway noise.
