The office was clean and check in was quick and easy.

Our room was not so clean. The carpet had not been vacuumed. There was a plastic tooth flosser on the floor between the beds and that’s when I noticed the carpet was dirty. I stepped on a small rock that was also on the floor. The bathroom fan did not work. I was going to tell them at checkout but there was a slip of paper we had to write our room number and if we wanted a receipt. There was nobody attending the front desk.

The room and the breakfast were good and what we expected.

The pool and the parking lot were not what we expected. The parking lot wasn’t cleared of snow, making less parking spots available and part of the parking lot was breaking up where you could not drive over that part of the parking lot which meant less parking spots as well. When we went to use are card to get into the pool area, our card would not work, so we went to the front desk and we got new cards, we went back to the pool and found out that there were no towels in the pool area and the hot tub was not working a sign said due to cleaning, We were very disappointed about that, in our opinion the hot tub looked like it wasn’t running for awhile, more than a week.

I loved that there was a noon checkout and that the living room was partitioned from the bedroom and the continental breakfast was really good!

Cozy and clean place with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. His staff gave us excellent attention, especially Rommel (Alex), he was very attentive and helped us by guiding us on places to visit. Highly recommended.

I don’t like the fact that I reserved a king room and ended up with a single queen room. it is frustrating to not get what is paid for this is not the first location we have booked through here that has switched room types on us. it honestly just deters me from using bookings app.

Limited hot choices

The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was on par with other hotels that include breakfast. The common areas were nice.

The room was dark and dingy. The chair in the room was stained and appeared dirty, and we were afraid to sit in it. The bathroom was not clean. There was urine around the toilet. The plug for the sink was missing—nothing was there. So we were looking directly down the crusty pipe. We were also afraid we would lose something down the drain! The tub was very worn and needs to be reglazed or replaced. At first, we thought it was filthy, then realized it was worn through, which allows for bacteria to be harbored. Every time we flushed the toilet, it was a gamble on whether it would flood or not. We did end up needing the plunger. The water dripped (steady stream if it was not cranked closed-afraid it would break) constantly in the tub. The bathroom also needed a coat of paint on the walls and tile work as the tile needs repair. The rug had several stains, and we felt we needed to wear shoes at all times to avoid making direct contact. Given the state of the room, the price was too high for what we got. It was almost like we were put in the room that is only used for emergency. The room had potential, it just seemed the rooms (at least the one we stayed in) were not being maintained. We stayed as our credit card had already been charged for the full stay. So we bought cleaning items so we could safely stay.
