Great staff. Decent breakfast.

We came in late and ended up eating nearby. The walkability to restaurants and services is poor if not bordering on dangerous. Mapping software clearly is misleading. f you need turn in turn at your first opportunity as all other intuitive options have been blocked. I have stayed at a number of hotels in this franchise and always found them wonderful. The big letdown is the amount of discernable noise in the hallways. We were on the third floor. We had originally been booked in the first unit after the checkin desk. Thank goodness they let us move at check-in. Based on the insulation in the walls we could have been up all night.

Property was very clean and looked to be recently updated. Had one of the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel, everything was well stock and hot.

The first night was okay

The first night of sleep, you could hear everybody shut their doors. They are the metal door, so you heard a big clank hear a lot of traffic noise, diesel trucks, a lot of police sirens during the night, and what was worse. On the second day, we left to go enjoy the town and the housekeeper. When she came in, the only thing she did was change out the bathroom towels. She did not change the sheat on the bed she didn't even make the bed. She did not take the trash out. She did not wipe the bathroom down. The hotel texted me and asked me. How was my stay? When I got back from being out on the lake and other places.When I got back and saw all this, I texted and told them how the room was, and they said they would get back with me. No one ever got back with me. No one never made it right. So I won't be using that hotel anymore. Will not recommend!!

The bed frame needed to be replaced, it was very loud and noisy when rolling over .
