Value for sure, and nice that it was right off the highway. The hosts baked free cookies and had complimentary bottles of water for us. Very nice touch.

Not much to say here, we paid a very reasonable rate, everything was in line with what we paid.

Sarah and Lori are both amazing staff. They are the only two who will go out of their way to make sure each and every guest has all their needs met. Their customer service is impeccable. I was here back in November and spent 16 days and loved being here because of them. Housekeeping staff are all outstanding. They do an amazing job making sure the room is top notch.

Breakfast & location was good!

The floors are in very bad shape. They creaked horribly and I felt like I was going to fall through. The rooms are not sound proof at all. The dark blue walls throughout made the place feel dark and dingy. The whole place needs a face lift. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

The bed was pretty comfortable. The location. The price, but then you get what you pay for.

The room decor is awful and felt creepy. Mirror behind the bed, mirror across from the bed, the fluorescent tube lighting over the head of the bed with the light switch behind the bed, the outdated finishes (2 different laminate flooring - 1 in bath is newer, peeling plastic one in the bedroom),the really cheap art on wall, the toilet seat with worn areas and broken stops, the toilet ran off and on all night, the bath faucet drips. BUT the biggest problem was the huge dip in the floor. Room 225 has a dip big enough that it's a toe stubber. I work in architecture so to me, it seems like it might be a structural issue.

Very pleased with property, especially the price. Easy access from interstate, felt safe, competent/courteous staff, clean property and room, comfy bed, good breakfast with hot and cold options (although the smell of the waffle maker was almost TOO sweet.) and got an upgrade thru Booking.com. Would definitely stay here again.
