Absolutely the most disgusting hotel ever, the hallways stunk of “cover up” perfume, the toilet had a broken seat with pubic hair all over the toilet, bug in bed and air conditioner sounded like a jet taking off. When I called manager the next day she said “maybe the maid didn’t get to that room” I don’t think the maid has been in that hotel for years.

We stayed on the second floor. The room looked nice. The breakfast had a good choice that we could pick from.
As soon as we got off the elevator it smelled of mold. The ac made so much noise it was hard to sleep, and the worst part was the bed was like sleeping on plywood. Was not a good sleeping experience. Really need to do something about that!

The shower was leaking upon arrival. The room smelled muggy. Sheet, pillow, and blanket were wet upon arriving.

The staff was friendly and it had a decent hot breakfast.
The cable wasn’t working because the internet it ran off of was having problems. My daughter complained of bug bites while trying to sleep. The shower didn’t drain . Our room was dirty with handprints on the walls, mold by the A/C and sticky stuff on the floors. We had to park far away from our room/elevator to our room because the semi trucks were taking up all of the parking spots out front.

Never went because they did not answer their phone for four days. I tried so many times. Booking.com couldn’t even get them. there was a hurricane possibly coming through at the time. they charged me $130.00 for NOTHING, and I demand a full refund.

it was very simple…I like the breakfast that was simple too. but the breakfast could’ve had a little bit more stuff other than bread and cereal the eggs for hard boiled and they had waffles that you could make. it was a very nice hotel there was no bedbugs. but don’t bring anything from the outside.
