Breakfast has eggs sausages yogurt danish muffins bagels,,fruit only oranges. Juice,coffee, tea. . The room is big and the bed is comfortable .people who works there are very friendly . Every floor has a washer machine and dryer . $1,50 each

La cama adicional que era un sofá que se hacía cama de muy mala calidad. Muy incómoda

This is the 2nd yr in a row my family and I chose to live here. The staff is so polite and welcoming, the pool is open 24 hrs, and the facility is always clean. Old Town full of food, fun, and games is right across from the hotel, perfect walking distance. Disney world is about 10 minutes from the hotel as well. Also, there are plenty of restaurants, food trucks, and stores in the area. Whenever we go back to Disney World, Comfort Suites Maingate East will always be my family favorite place to stay.

Breakfast needs variety with menu. It was eggs and sausage link every day

Varied breakfast that included eggs and meat. Breakfast room had plenty of tables and led out to the pool area if you wanted to eat outside. There were gluten free bagels in wrap. The waffles were made by staff and were always ready. The pool area was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We received housekeeping service every day.
This is common in Florida hotels, but our room smelled damp. It wasn’t musty though. They need to work on the walls and ceiling around the shower. The rug along the elevators needed to be cleaned.

Die Lage (hinter der Old Town) ist sehr gut.
Es gibt zwar zwei Fahrstühle, dauert aber lange bis einer kommt. Die Treppenbenutzung ist nicht direkt möglich (nur bis zum 2 OG, keine Möglichkeit in die Lobby zu kommen)

The only thing I didn't like was our beds I wish they were a tad bit softer

We were there 4 nights. Housekeeping only came in the day before our departure. Had to ask for towels, toilet paper, etc.

Very old carpet in bedroom and hall way on 5th Floor. Carpet had distinctive bad odour every time we entered the room. The hall way carpet appeared visibly dirty throughout our one night stay.
