The room, linens, towels were clean and ample. The toilitries provided were fine. Everything worked properly. Shower was nice, plenty of hot water.

Nice bath, clean space. When I put the Do Not Disturb sign up it was respected.

It is possible to hear some sound from other units (water in pipes, if you're on 1st floor you can hear some movement from 2nd floor activity).

I don't think breakfast was offered during Covid

Pretty much everything was fine. Loved the managers little baby!!!!

I have stayed at this hotel before and I never experienced a bad costumer service when check-in but this time it was not pleasant at all , lady in the office was very rude. Never staying at this hotel again .

Location is great for my purposes

The only issue I noticed with this stay was that although the bed appeared freshly made, there was a slight body odor smell. I hadn’t noticed it during my last stay. Maybe use bleach on the sheets or clean the actual bedspread as it had stains. Otherwise, the room was clean & comfortable. Thank you!

Dirty front desk staff unfriendly and downright rude. Make promises then don’t follow through then deny making.
