I didn’t like anything. It was horrible.

The hotel was completely filthy. There was trash bags in the hallways. There were clearly a lot of drug addicts living there. I was moved to a new room 3 times. The first room I was given a key to had someone in it. The second the tv didn’t work and I waited 4 hours for a replacement. I was offered 10 dollars off my stay which I never received. There was only 1 light in the entire room that worked. The lounge chair was broke. I was then moved to a new room. This room smelled badly. The drug addicts that were clearly using this as a place to live were extremely loud in the hallways. Dogs were whining all night. I left by 5am just to get out of there.

Nothing that I can think of.

Very bad service. They said breakfast included but didn’t even had coffee so that was a lie. Bath tap was not working, when we complained the manager asked us to go find another hotel and will not give a refund or change our room or repair the tap. Extremely rude and obnoxious behaviour of the staff.

It was where we needed it to be I guess and the bedsheets seemed relatively clean

The lights in the room didn’t work, the deadbolt on the door didn’t lock, the toilet seat was disgusting, and the shower curtain was covered in mold. The room also smelled like vomit to the point where I couldn’t sleep. Also there was no breakfast even though it was advertised

They did not have a continental breakfast and my check engine light came on after I left there

Nothing. I got there the place was so gross I didn’t even check in. Bluntly told the front desk & booking.com I was not staying nor being charged for the room because the place was so disgusting!

The lobby was filled with bugs & dust. The whole lobby smelled like smoke & marijuana could smell it from outside the lobby doors. The outside of the hotel was very unclean with trash laying all around & overgrown grass. There were windows busted out & you can see curtain blinds broke in the rooms. When booking online the was advertised as having a pool & free breakfast had neither. The online reviews were hidden on the website so didn’t see the bad reviews until I already booked the place. Arrived to see how dirty it was outside & inside. Went to go tell the front desk I refused to stay here only to find another family checking & checking out all within a 30min time period because of how dirty the place was. Both the family & myself waited 15 min for someone at the front desk to arrived. Went back to my car to call booking.com to tell them my issue. Then went back inside to talk to the front desk to tell them I refuse to stay here & be charged for my room. The place is a totally health hazard & should be reported to the better business bureau.

the room was not clean. there was tape on the curtains and light switches. it was missing furniture and the phone was stuffed under a chair. the wall lights were dirty and not hanging straight. dirty handprints on the pictures over the bed. the hairdryer was covered with something brown. there was coffee pods but no coffee maker. pool was closed and there was nothing offered for breakfast, not even coffee. do not go here. stains, appearing to be blood drops, on the bedspreads. free is too much to pay for this dump.

no pool no ice no breakfast no service if there for more than one night not enough towels for more than one person in a double room
