Staff was very rude, they need new management or something. Place look like it may have some potential but just not the right people running it and need lots of updates. It don’t look like it’s been updated maybe like 15yrs.

Jacuzzi was cool

Dirty mirror, broken golf sticks, chipped doors, narrow beds, smell, breakfast. I have booked this hitel for the activities. Jacuzzi was fine, but no normal mini golf. No paddles for table tennis, they cost $5 in walmart, what's the problem to buy?! Nobody told about the bracelets. When I returned to oick them up, nobody told about id to play. None of games were working, everything is out of order. Breakfast tables sticky, bath was dirty, not good smell. Difficult to sleep with ac. Without ac too cold.

Breakfast was awesome & staff very friendly & helpful!

Pool area & spa is great.....but management needs to make parents control kids better.

They put a hold on your credit card, and you don't get it back for weeks, so I'm not going to be staying here anymore been almost 3 weeks and they still haven't released the hold on my money..

Noisy with screaming children all into the night. The room was awful

they did try to accommodate for the mix up of rooms

the room above us had a leak in their toilet which leaked all over our bathroom

It was easy to access from the thruway.

We had a room that wasn’t very clean. The rooms were dark.
