Where do I start? We were met in reception by a computer machine. During the check in we were attended to by a person on the other end of a Zoom session. The machine would not print a receipt and other guests were equally unimpressed. The room was dark with a noisy fridge that I had to plug in myself, along with a microwave that I had to connect and program. There was illegal wiring, exposed by broken conduit hanging along the wall to the TV. No wash basin in the toilet area. The breakfast was not worth having with one side of the toaster not holding down and very little choice. The dining area could not possibly hold all persons at the tables at one time, as the chairs overlapped the next table. The capacity of the dining room was totally inadequate for the number of motel units serviced. The staff were unhelpful and ignored guests as they passed. I have never left a report like this before in all my years of travel. I'm not hard to please, but feel this facility needs to be looked at by Booking.com with a view to striking them off your listings, Yes, this is severe, but when guests have traveled long distances to take up an accommodation venue, it needs to be up to a reasonable standard.

Die Lage war gut, der Parkplatz vor der Tür und große Parkbuchten.

Die Luft im Zimmer war sehr feucht. Der im Raum stehende Luftentfeuchter hat warme Luft ausgegeben, gegen die die extrem laute Klimaanlage angekämpft hat. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Es gab für jeden Gast eine Tüte mit einem kleinen Orangensaft, zwei Stück Kuchen, einem süßen Gebäck sowie einem Müsliriegel.

Le Check-in se fais sur un robot avec un écran en visio avec un personnel de l’hôtel tout est automatiser j’ai pas du tout aimer. Le lit une horreur vraiment trop mou. Le bruit du frigo toute la nuit c’était affreux, sans compter tout les bruits bisard de l’extérieur toute la nuit !! Le petit déjeuner vraiment trop léger !

Chambre propre et spacieuse. Lit confortable.

Pas d’eau à disposition dans les chambres et pas de rideau type voilage aux fenêtres. Tout le monde vous voit. Et les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas donc si l’on veut aérer il faut laisser la porte ouverte.

Everything, the place was dirty and loud. There was a dehumidifier in the room that was so noisy. Did not like the fact that I had to talk into a machine to check in and out. The air conditioner was extremely loud. The door to the bathroom would not shut right. The fan in the bathroom sounded like it was going to explode. So, no we did not enjoy our stay.

Handicap Shower

I didn't like the fact of not being able to sleep due to hundreds of bedbug bites all over our bodies ,it was so bad that we checked out a day early, and was told rudely that I wasn't getting a refund

The cleanliness of the rooms. I did see a baby roach inside of the bathroom.

The staff is rude. They are not willing to accommodate disabilities nor do they provide things for anyone who are in need things accessible for disabled customers. When I tried to explain to the woman that I can not walk up stairs due to a car accident, she was not understanding and constantly kept antagonizing . After multiple attempts she finally sits she has one but I need to make sure I am out by 11 am.

The noice of banging all night long on something in the next room, slamming door and everything,very annoying.

The bathroom had an odd odor, there is mold on the tile, the bathroom door had a nail hanging from the handle and the door looked very beat up. The water pressure in the sink was very low.

Convenient location to shops, restaurants and car travel to visit friends

check in through a kiosk, parking lot needs some TLC, toilet handle did not work properly and had to take lid off to push water level to flush. Loud humidifier that would kick on loudly. There were no bedside lamps, but instead had light switches for VERY bright LED lights directly over the beds.

Location was excellent, staff kept rooms clean.

Room was clean but the bathroom ceiling above toilet had very bad mold.
