Best price and location related to our visit plans in Riverton. Liked the pillows and bed. The room was mostly clean and stocked. Easy to control room temperature. Breakfast was plain but ok.

Building entrance doors are unmarked. After check-in we were told our room is on the first floor toward the end of the building. The South side has no entrances, we drove around the builing the were several white door but none appeared to be room entrances. Returned to front desk and asked how to get to room, were directed to drive to north side of building, park and enter. There are 3 doors. The 3rd is actually at near the front of the building and enters back into the lobby where from that side you can see the hallway next to the checkin desk. We could have walked across the room. Hallway is unclean need a good shampoo. Appears cleaning staff has spills and no clean-up and has obstacles in the hallway. The room has 2 table light fixtures / USB neither worked correctly. We were non-smoking and no pet. The room smelled of dog and indeed some dog food was on the floor. Who vacuumed? I thought plumbing noise was excessive as other room used facilities.

better customer service , when my Wife and I got there and checked in and got to our room the TV did not come on (work) told the front desk and they were no help and said that someone would be in around 11PM and they could help us asked them and they said it would be about 45 minutes that would make it after midnight and that was not OK with Us because we were going to sleep , talked to the manger or so in the morning and he said that we would need to email corp. we have stayed there other times and we dont know if we are going to stay there again SAD and very Disapointed with how we were treated .

The property is in a great location, the cost for 2 room was wonderful.

The property is run down, carpets are dirty, door handles are broken and rooms do not smell good.

I did not like anything

The person in the lobby made me wait more than an hour there, I know why she didn't want to change the reservation that I already had from the day after to the day before, I had to call booking and they got in touch and then she wanted to make the change, they shouldn't have having people like that working there since they hinder the flow of the client and make everything more agile

The staff was friendly, Nice breakfast buffet and the good location for where we needed to go

The carpet in the hallway stunk there was a broken sink in the hallway. There was hair in the bed and the sheet was stained, and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom
