Everything. Room smelt horrible. Staff was rude and yelled at us during check in. Continental breakfast was to be included but there was none.

La verdad no me gusto nada porqué el baño estaba sucio las toallas sucias del invitado anterior estaban tiradas atrás de las puertas en otra de las habitaciones habían ropa interior en la cama y en el baño las sábanas olían mal cuando reserva ofrecen desayuno incluido pero en el lugar no hay comida es el peor hotel que he encontrado realmente perdí mi dinero en este lugar asqueroso
La limpieza es lo peor realmente es un lugar asqueroso 😡

Close to town
The air conditioner was very loud, the tv glitched when we walked through the room, the room smelled bad when we first got there so we had to buy air fresheners, the water pressure was low, the pillows were very uncomfortable, the bedding had blood stains…

It wasn’t clean you can tell no one does cleaning on a daily basis. Everything is outdated even the air conditioner wasn’t good.

showed up and checked in but had dinner reservations so didn’t have time to look around. Came back around 12am and people where outside knocking on our door trying to talk to us. Not to mention the room smelt like mold and sheets were dirty. As soon as we got back we got our things and left. We had to drive over 30 minutes to stay at a different hotel. It was very hard to find one this late. This hotel was very inconvenient to my family coming to visit me and just made everything miserable. Also, it was a waste of money.

I like they breakfast (coffee , fruit punch) , the WiFi , the customer service , the other guest that also were staying. the comfort of the bed , the view , especially being around the corner from the Mcdonalds. the environment was great.

We didn't stayed there we requested a smoke free room, and we got a room smell with smoke sheets was torn and have cigarette burns all over tub had a big brownish stain ,even when we sprayed the room with lysol we couldn't stayed there. Went to speak with staff they didn't do anything about...but tell us to talk with third-party. We were only there for 45 minutes trying to get the smell out but it didn't work, so we left. We did not get a refund back.
Refund us back our money or offer us a better place to stay next time, we're on a trip. Location was good. Coach also have dirty stains all over it the color should be orange but looks like brown.

The location was good. Rooms are actually a nice size and beds are comfortable.
It’s not the properties fault, but the nonsmoking rooms do smell like smoke. The smell is pretty strong too.

I found drugs inside the room cob webs in the corner of the ceiling and And what appears to be green snot all over the wall this place is clearly a dark and is used by drug addicts
This place is clearly a dump I have pictures we found drugs in the room the pictures were hung up by black electrical tape there was cobwebs in the ceiling pills on the floor and pills on the bedside table This place is an absolute dump I had to go get another hotel

Staff was very nice and polite.
Continental breakfast was of poor quality. No selection for kids. Cereal, no milk. Old discolored bananas. Very disappointed in this. It was a reason we chose this stay and we had to go out for breakfast.

The Lighting in the parking lot. Bed was nice and firm. Cable television.
Cockroaches in the bathroom, toilet had poor flushing. Could not flush waste. Smelled like cigarettes and supposed to ta non smoking room. Cigarette ashes on bed railing and cigarette burnes on furniture. Door was dirty, up by head board was dirty needed to be vacuumed.

Room smelled awful, they gave us another room. It was slightly better than first room. I asked for a refund but because it had been 20 minutes they wouldn’t. I’ve never heard of that before! That should tell you something!

the bathroom had cigarette burns in the toilet. only provided shampoo. lights did not work in the room. smelled like smoke throughout the entire room.

The A/C worked
Roaches on the floor. We couldn't go into the lobby after a certain time. I couldn't get clean towels. The 'Do not disturb' door hanger didn't stay on the door, so someone would ALWAYS knock (thankfully they didn't just walk in). My kids didn't even want the breakfast they offered and they eat everything. Small beds. Overpriced.
