Location was good

The bar restaurant could of been open it would of made the motel excellent.

It was near everything you needed. Staff was nice and they have a bar on Friday and Saturday.

The breakfast was not good and they served the same meal all 3 days we were there. The pool area was way too hot and no ventilation smelled like too many chemicals.

not a big option cold ceral, susage , sausage gravy, bisquits.

People fighting and screaming above our room. We came for a quiet romantic getaway. We called down twice and someone went up to talk to them, but it continued all night. Apparently the walls are super thin and between levels. There was garbage in the entrance way to our room that stayed there for our duration, I kept pointing it out to my husband. Hallway smelled bad. And we weren’t even offered some kind of discount after getting no sleep the first night. We were going to check out after the first night but the manager assured us the rowdy people were leaving that day. I called down twice after check out time and they were still there!! What’s the point of a check out time??

Room was a good size and very clean.

Wish they would have told us there was an elevator in the building.

The location was close to the outlet malls

In the pictures the pool area looks beautiful. In reality it does not look that way. The hot tub jets were not very strong and simply provided a current in the water. The water was lukewarm and not at all hot tub temperature. The water had a film on top. There were a group of women in the hot tub who were drinking from glasses they had filled with alcohol. They were drunk. One spilled her drink in the hot tub as they tried to do selfies to document their Mom getaway. The manager on duty did tell them they couldn’t have beverages in the pool, but by then they had already drank all their alcohol or spilled it in the hot tub. Figuring out how to get in the parking lot was difficult and there was an angry truck driver complaining about his room when we checked in, and more as we passed the desk. I probably wouldn’t have used this hotel if I knew it had a contract with a trucking company. Our cars were parked amongst semis.

Absolutely nothing. Free breakfast was a joke. Our room was filthy waste baskets overflowing. Food on the floor. Major scum and filth in the hot tub and jets. Entry door into corridor had not been cleaned in months. They did give us comp of 15% off room and still was 480 for 2nights. Will never go back

The rude day staff and bartender were horrible. They made you feel unwelcome and that you were bothering them. The men’s bathroom on the main floor wasn’t cleaned for the entire time we were there. The toilet had feces all over and was disgusting. We’ve stayed at several Best Westerns and this was by far the worst. I’m not sure we’ll ever stay at this chain again.
