I liked the location and the set up- I prefer to have my room door directly leading outside.
I did not like the fact that the property and staff changed the rules during my stay and did not allow myself and my family to stay the last night we were there, after I had already paid for the room. We stayed there for 5 nights in all & my dog stayed there for 2 nights. There was only supposed to be a hold fee of $100 which is to be returned if nothing is damaged. My dog caused no damage or harm. I took my dog back home 2nights before I checked out. I was out and about with my daughter and her friend when we returned to the room, the key didn’t work and they wanted $150 non refundable charge for my dog, although she wasn’t there anymore and had done ZERO damage. I offered to let them inspect the room. They almost didn’t allow me to get my things from the room but did. As I packing up my things I noticed a huge stain on the mattress as well. I just found it ironic, considering they were trying to take my money for no damages and yet don’t get their rooms even sub standard as far as cleanliness goes.

Front desk staff was very pleasant. The location is nice.
When we first arrived the first room we were given the toilet was broken and it was not at all clean. It was very disappointing however when we went to the front desk the clerk was very pleasant and gave us another room without any problems. The front desk did mentioned that they would put in a word for a possible discount due to the inconvenience to management. However I did not hear any thing back regarding that. I I have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it however this time was very disappointing and I'm not sure I will be returning.

Close to our destination, price
We had to fix the toilet to flush upon arrival. Not clean as it should have been. Floors were dirty

2 night stay. There was only 2 towels. 1 coffee packet. The main door was dirty. Soap scum on the shower walls. Air conditioner temp knob was broken and just spun around.

we were double charged. staff denied this. they wouldn’t comp us or even offer a free meal. we had just enough for the night and for a nice dinner. lady at front desk was super rude and cops ended up being called. they owe us 159, and we are going to corporate with it and possible legal actions. mistakes happen, but they bold face lied about it and denied it. I even showed the police my bank app where we were charged twice. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Like looking for the place to check in at the days inn. Had to go to the other place. Just very confusing.

Bed was comfortable. The door locked correctly.
Floor was really dirty. Trash under bed. Hair in the shower.

I loved how comfortable & clean the suite was. The heart shaped jacuzzi tub is amazing. The staff was amazing! Thank you for a truly wonderful stay.
The only thing I can really say is the tub in bathroom had a couple small cracks in the finish, and we had to hold the toilet handle down when flushing it.

How much room there was
that it wasn’t, including with the best Western that there wasn’t any breakfast included in the price that you couldn’t use the pool that was included with the best Western, and when we made the reservations they did not tell us this information The pool at the Best Western was not very clean I had broke out in hives from swim in the pool For us to get the breakfast and use the pool we had to upgrade to the Best Western Also the breakfast at the Best Western was the same thing and not very good We made reservations at the Days inn which was better then Best Western Days Inn room bigger and better we’ll keep

The room was disgusting, false advertising as a hotel not a dirty motel behind a nice best Western. The room was filthy and unsafe.

As the hotel was behind the Best Western, we were thrilled to be able to use their lobby, get coffee and a lovely breakfast. The staff was very accommodating when we had some issues with WIFI and we got a lovely room change.
Our first room was very dated. When we switched rooms it was quite nice.

The name I booked the hotel under was different from the hotel. Apparently it was sold and I never received an email with an update.
The outside looked like a dive. The rooms had recently been remodeled. The bathroom needed remodeling.

Standard breakfast, friendly staff member but need another as it got busy, great location and close to all kind of amenities and close enough to event attended
No info for wifi, room was very basic as older part of hotel operation but did the job, tv operation was not normal
