The room was spacious and the rooms had good streaming services. I travelled with my child and I liked the separation between the bed and the sofa bed.

Prices vs hotel prices are not the same
We’ve stayed at this hotel for years. And price difference is a lot
Hotel still wanted a credit card on file when I paid through booking.com. I would not give one. We had and will not have incendentals

The location was easy access to the expressway for us to get to and leave from for our travels. The room was comfortable and provided the necessities we needed for the night. We loved the cookies available at night and the breakfast sandwiches in the morning. All the staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely plan to make this our stopping point again.
The was construction going on at the front entrance for check in, however we were contacted about this and notified where to park to check in… it was inconvenient but the staff was very helpful and accommodating which made it easier and again we were notified ahead of time by email, so it wasn’t a surprise.

Great location. Easy and free parking opposite in multi-storey carpark. Super friendly staff. Massive rooms. Fast Wifi.

nice location, grocery store less than 2 minutes away if you plan to cook there
parking is across the street in a large garage, they do give you a card upon checking in that you’ll scan at the gate to get in/out for free
Ms. Young at the front desk was very personable.

Great stay, I liked the morning breakfast choices, I do wish they had more gluten free options. Wednesday night reception was a nice surprise as well. It was a great stay for all.

the young employees at front desk ,made you feel ,like you were bothering them,when you came to ask them for something ,they were more interested in talking to each other,or about what was on their phone,the young lady's name was Kissi,didn't smile,till we were checking out,not sure what the young man's name was ,he was a little better than than Kissi. Ladies in reakfast room was pleasant.

Very nice and clean. Room was amazing. Also the gentleman at front desk named Jacob was 5 stars. very helpful very warming very knowledgeable just all around excellent asset to that hotel. please don't ever let him go. i will be coming back soon.
I didn't like that i had to leave 😊😊
