Staff was nice! Room was clean! I just wish it had the little bottle of shampoo/conditioner to take home with us! It was an experience i loved as a kid and wanted to share with my kids.

When I went to check in the staff at the desk, not even look at me for four people, and they only had towels for three people I had to go and ask for extra towels every night. I was there when I was there available to me.

It was the perfect place to stop for the night. Right off the highway and very easy to get too. Staff was amazing as we went in the wrong door but they took the time to show us the right way. The room was very clean and very quite. Breakfast was great and hit the spot before hitting the road again. Thank you very much!!

It was my second time staying there in two weeks the staff was polite and friendly and the rooms were clean and we loved it.

Every staff member the entire weekend was extremely friendly and accommodating including the manager !

The bathroom needs a new toilet seat. It’s very old and stained and just looked dingy. There weren’t any extra pillows for the pull out sofa bed.
When at breakfast 9 am. There weren’t anymore bagels out and things were depleted with no one replenishing them.

Great hotel! Since Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express are side by side, check your reservation before entering so you don’t go into the wrong one.

We love this hotel, however I give it a low review because we had a technical error booking the hotel and tried to immediately cancel but they wouldn’t let us. So we were charged twice for one stay. So disappointing as we do love this hotel.

Manager and clerks on duty always very attentive to our requests. Wish actual "soap" and extra towels would be provided in advance so we don't have to ask.
Didn't like that in this particular room there was no light over the alcove where the refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker were It was difficult to see the controls in low light.
