The most disgusting ,dirty, filthy, unhelpful stuff place. the ice machine was out of order, the pool was under construction we couldn’t use, the laundry room was filthy disgusting , the carpets were filthy too, we were supposed to stay 3 days but we only stayed there the first day the second day we went downtown and came back to the room as soon as we have gotten to the room we found a big spider coming down the ceiling, so I called the person at the front desk apparently the manager of the place and as the spider was coming down the ceiling he trap it in a bag, so we had asked him for a different room but he said that he had no other room available for us. So I had no other choice but to get my stuff out and go find a different hotel , I asked him if I could get a refund for that day and denied my request and said that the day was too far late it was around 8pm and said that I had to pay that day even though we were not going to stay that night, I had never leave a hotel in my life like did that night they did nothing but say I am sorry but did nothing to accommodate us , we were very disappointed of this place it was the dirtiest place ever.

We liked our room 204 it was perfect. The hotel was in a great location and staff was perfect

No restaurant

Hotel smelled really bad of marijuana as if it was being smoked in the hotel not just outside. Staff not knowledgeable of the area and not helpful. Was way over charged by the hotel and now am trying to get this straightened out. Not impressed. Continental breakfast was lacking as the cooler was empty and very limited supply and selection

Convenient for the airport.

No restaurant for dinner. The courtesy shuttle didn’t start until 5:30am so we had to get a taxi at 5am for our flight.

The beds were comfy, linens were clean and the staff that cleaned the rooms were friendly every time we walked through the halls.

The lady who checked us in was incredibly rude. No welcome to our hotel. No smile. Barely any eye contact. Zero customer service skills. It was an awful introduction to your hotel. The free breakfast was disappointing. It definitely can use a boost.

Good value. Easy walk to Tukwilla train station and shopping center. Free shuttle to airport. Very comfortable bed. Quite clean.

Property showing its age. Grounds unkempt. Beautiful river running behind hotel but track not maintained and overgrown with blackberries. Casino being built as part of hotel?

Easy to gettoo from rental pickup, just off highway 405. Everything at the hotel was great.

Everyone was very friendly and nice. Also very attentive when I called and needed assistance. Price was right. I also liked that check out was noon. After working for a few hours I was able to go back to the room for a nap.

The microwave was missing the glass tray but they got me another micro pretty quickly. Unfortunately that microwave was ancient and didn't heat the food very well. The breakfast was dismal. Really not much of a selection especially if you have dietary restrictions. Looking out onto the pool area, it was pretty gross. I know it's not the time of year for the pool but it would've been nice to see it cleaner than it was.
