Room was dirty smelled funny and overall didn’t feel safe
Also domestic disputes at site . My mother almost got a door slammed in her face

Property location was perfect for us
We stayed in pet friendly room. But the back was not at all clean. It was littered with trash and pet waste.

Liked how quiet the place was at night.
Didn't like at ALL was when asking for a "late check out" normal is 11am and I asked for 12 instead. Front desk says, "no problem" and I walked away go to my room and laid down. Come time to check out and I WAS CHARGED AN HOUR($11.11) at final check out which WASNT MENTIONED when I asked for late check out, NO WHERE IS IT WRITTEN, But in order to check out ya gotta pay or what ever else they gonna do. NEVER HAVE I BEEN CHARGED AN HOUR WHEN ASKING FOR LATE CHECK OUT!!! NEVER EVER!!! Never gonna stay there EVER AGAIN!!!

not much. location was fine.
our room was a nonsmoking room and it reeked of cigarette smoke. the room did not look like it had been cleaned. the smell of our room was awful.

unsafe. block doors

When traveling with a pet putting them in a high traffic area like the stairs is a terrible idea. Also the restroom was horrible. It does not meet needs of those with any kind of challenge with a low toilet and slippery floor

there were stink bugs in my first hotel room. The front desk lady argued with me about if they were actually stink bugs and then asked if I wanted her o killl them. which would have stunk up my room(which she also argued with me about).we were moved to another room but that one ALSO had stink bugs. do not stay here

Concierge were pleasant.
Dirty, smelly and unsanitary! Hairdryer and coffeemaker should be available in the room.

I liked both the front dest workers. I do not remember the somewhat unusual name of the nice lady who checked me out. The person who checked me in Friday evening was named Edward and he did a bang-up job of helping me with the problems that I incurred.
Continuing what I was saying just above, I was initially placed in a room in which the smoke detector battery apparently was running down. It was between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. and the beeping of the machine was intolerable, so I called and Edward was able to break away in about 15 minutes (apparently, he was working alone at the desk), informed me that there as not new battery and took me to a new room. About a half hour later as I prepared for bed, I found that there were no bath towels (only hand and face towels) at which point I quit preparing for bed and went down to the front desk, informed him of the problem, and he was most apologetic and immediately sought out and gave me a full complement of towels. So, in sum, I very much appreciated his excellent work. On the other hand, these three problems (i.e., a beeping , absence of a battery necessitating a change of rooms, and the towel problem) led to the low marks (see above) I have given on my overall experience. Sincerely, Bruce ("Claire's" husband)

Friendly service from staff
The room smelled like cigarettes and we woke up with sore throats from the air. Not blaming the staff but clearly some guests don’t follow their rules.

The general location was between Seattle and SeaTac.
First room we were assigned had a homeless come out of the room while we were trying to get in. Our key wouldn't work so I went down to the desk to get another key. While my wife was waiting by the room, a homeless person comes out with some food he had cooked and was eating. My wife was horrified and scared. She was all alone. When I got back, my wife said "no way" we were going in there. We went down to the desk and we were assigned another room. The second room that we were reassigned had no hot water. The front desk said they had no other rooms available. The Assistant Manager, a clerk, and the Manager were all very nice and worked with what was available to them. We were given discounts on both separate issues: the homeless person scaring my wife and the second room with no hot shower. We had also noticed that a few of the cars there had been there a while. They were parked along a side of the parking lot but still fairly close to the front desk. These cars should have been a warning to us.

Nothing. No good restaurants nearby

The location was very convenient. The room was decent.
They charged me twice and never removed one of the charges. They argue that it is due to the fact that booking.com is accepting charges that it shouldn't. Don't care. I want my money. The staff were not customer service oriented, much more like "hey man you bought a hotel in the hood what do you expect?" attitude.
To be honest that is how the whole vibe was as well. More like a motel than a hotel. Sketchy people, sketchy vibes etc. I'd go there purely if I had business to do and that's it.

Couldn't tell you, they were over booked and turning people away that had already paid for the night.
That we paid for the night just to be turned away at check out because they were over booked and had no more available rooms.

Nothing
Not much, no shower curtain, people partying in parking lot, manager had to sweep out room before we could go in, pop bottles in window sills, in the room..

they were overbooked and didn’t have our confirmed room for us when we tried to check in. they had to relocate us to a sister hotel after midnight with our one and five year old. it was a disaster.
2.7
That they made up for your booking. Com making a mistake on my reservation , not happy with booking. Com customer service 🤨
That you as in Booking. Com didn't get my reservation correct, thinking about not using you as a Third party ,. Not happy with you.

close to work location, glad the AC ventilated to the outside
understaffed-WHY is Alisha (Alicia) running around and checking EVERYTHING? I waited 40 minutes to check in while she had to check rooms to be sure they have been cleaned? Alisha is amazing, give her a raise, she handled everyone and everything like a PRO.

It was quiet for the most part.
Dirty room, dirty towels, power odor of cigarettes coming from neighbors.

The beds were comfortable.
I ended up at this hotel after my flight was canceled at Sea Tac. The first thing I noticed was the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The room was kind of grungy and the television didn’t work at all. The bed, however, was surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast was nowhere to be seen. It was not mentioned at check in and when I looked for it in the morning I could not find it.
