the room had a shower, no tub. There was no curb on the shower so the water flooded the bathroom after using the shower

The staff was amazing and the room was clean.

There were no working outlets for my phone to charge or my laptop. There were multiple extension cords running throughout the room. For the price of the room, I expected a fully functional room

Room was quiet and clean. Facilities (elevator, other things) worked fine.

More communication about when free coffee available in the mornings.

The location is satisfactory. It takes "only" 10 minutes to get downtown by cab. So far, so good. The area as such is not very interesting. There are highways, that's about it. You can walk to a very good taco restaurant (Vivo), but other than that there is not much there. The rooms are ok, but don't amaze with very tasteful decor. It is functional. The beds are good, the wifi works great

staff was not very friendly and welcoming, room was incredibly loud due to highway noise, toilet did not flush easily and shower did not drain properly with water pooling in the tub.

I like that it was right off the highway and only a short drive to UT area, without it being smack dab in the middle of a campus town with loads of traffic. The beds were nice and they have a full range of tv channels. the staff was also very nice and accommodating (especially with my lost booking schedule)!

the bathroom was very small, especially in our “deluxe” king room which was for more then 2 people. I def. couldn’t imagine trying to share that tiny space with a large amount of people.
