Comfortable beds, easy check in and good breakfast choices

Parking was a challenge since the hotel is next to 3-4 restaurants so many of the people eating out will park in the hotel parking lot

The breakfast was weak but satisfying. The lady who checked us in was very polite. Love the hot tub main reason for picking hotel. Need to inform customer if there was a massage therapist on board.

The air conditioner in the room could have worked better.

Bed was comfy and the breakfast looked okay.

Bedside electrical outlets did not work. Internet was inadequate, kept dropping. Room didn’t smell clean, didn’t smell dirty either, just not right. Probably the cleaner they used. Tiles were cracked in the bath, light bulbs didn’t match (picky, I know). Carpet could use some cleaning.

Room was nice and clean, very spacious for 3 kids and 2 adults.

We picked this hotel only because it has an indoor pool for our kids to swim, our kids maybe swam 10 min and they just sat in the hot stub. We made them get out once we discovered dirt floating on top of the bubbles in the hot tub, it was so bubbly and hot tubs should not bubble that way unless something was put in there. They couldn’t get in the pool because there were other kids running around not respecting anyone else in there, screaming at the top of their lungs playing with the life saver float, splashing everything and everyone. Complaints were made and nothing was done about it. My kids should have been able to swim but they couldn’t because of the other kids.
