Room 1: Flying Gnat bugs reported to management as well as maintenance person Jimmy, who agreed they are bugs. We were moved 2 units away. Room 2: checked by management PERSONALLY as told by front desk. Never spent 1 single night as the NEW Room contained carpet worms and BED BUGS everywhere, only spotted when I pulled the round sucker off my husband face. So yeah. RAN to the car and away from that

The hotel lobby is beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. The king room was ample. The front desk staff was very polite and professional.

I was shocked to find a fairly small TV by todays standards, and no USB charging outlets in the room. The king room was ample but the designer colors and styles are out of date. I’ve had better rooms at a newer Holiday Inn Express!

How clean it is, staff is very helpful, a lot of parking. The views the rooms have Amazing!

Beautiful location. Close to dining and groceries. Close to activities.

Toilet backed up twice.

I ended up having to stay longer in San Diego than planned and needed to do laundry. In fact I sent half of my clothing to the laundry at the Sheraton. After waiting 4 days, and on the morning of my checkout, the front desk finally admited they'd lost it and that they would be sending me a cheque to the tune of 1500 USD's of all that went missing (including a number of new pieces purchased for work-for which I sumbmitted the expenses, plus the itmeized laundry reciept). Since leaving almost 1 month ago I have called and emailed repeatedly to Taylor Miller and Madison Dancy--the managers at the resort. Neither have bothered to get back to me, advise on where my laundry is, nor pay to replace the missing clothing. I've been comepletely ghosted.

I don't understand why they have to charge $28 per day to self park my car! There is plenty of space on the entire property, just another way to gouge.

I will never book with you guys again. I’d just down loaded your APP and it wasn’t clear about your prices. We never arrived and we were charged over $500.00. A rip off but I am too busy to even fight for any of the money we have to pay. Thanks for taking our money. NEVER AGAIN!

Friendly staff, pool is very nice, room is big, location is ok

Room cleaning could happen more often, it was a bit noisy sometimes with kids running around at night. The door on the room was super heavy to open. 28/day parking seems expensive.
