It was a one night stay for the price I had no complaints

Me and my friend couldn’t even stay for our full stay. The front desk lady was extremely rude and instigating the LITERAL 38 YEAR OLD CRACKHEAD in the lobby who was flirting with me and my friend who were visibly uncomfortable. I was crying and shaking while the desk lady is laughing at the situation telling me I need to loosen up. When we finally got checked in (30 minutes later) we get to our room and try to sleep because at this point it was like 1am and we hear banging not only above us but all around us and doors constantly opening closing. We ended up leave at 2am and finding a safer place to stay.

The pool was so refreshing and had a nice little seating area. The bed was very comfortable the room was very clean and sleek very simple just what I needed
My only complaint is even though the property is no smoking and says it everywhere people can be seen smoking everywhere and my room reeked like cigarette smoke it was from the air conditioner

The Cleaning lady kept knocking on the door starting early in the morning. Kept coming back about 5 times asking us if we're leaving.

The room was clean and the bed felt comfortable. Outside of the motel was clean and looked like a hotel.
The room and the hallways smelled musty. I even had to buy an air freshener. The water pressure in the shower was low. There was no Kleenex. There were loud noises going on late at night.

They adjusted the price to reflect their price for aarp/military instead of honoring price that was booked through booking.com. Rude supervisor and untrained front desk staff. Not very welcoming or friendly. Check out lady was friendly but uncaring that other room that was a disability room had many issues and that guest got burned many times from shower.

I found the refrigerator and the microwave to be very convenient. The laundry room was also a nice plus. The convenience of the amenities was a welcoming change from other experience's in hotels that I've had in the past.
The parking situation was a little frustrating. I was somewhat confused as to why I could not access the building on the side adjacent to the location that I had chose to park my vehicle, which I had believed to be closer to my room.

I left my husband weighing scale and called the hotels. They said that they don’t have it. Which is so disappointing. So dishonest. Will never come back here. Nor promote to any friends.

The location was exactly what we needed. The fact there is an elevator was a bonus.
Very tired looking property but we were told that renovations are being done. No food service on the property or close by is not a good thing. Yes, food can be delivered but we don't like eating in our room.
