Breakfast was amazing.
Bed was not as "comfy" and "fluffy" as I had hoped. It was also difficult to get up into, and squeaky with every movement.

Historic building full of character. Well renovated and comfortable, in a great location.
Somebody was playing loud latin music upstairs at 2am.

Service was friendly, the house was beautifully taken care of . I loved the location close to city park, French quarter, The property has many beautiful spaces to relax, a hot tub and great patio and safe parking spot. The breakfast was delightful.
the bed was a bit hard, the host mentioned it was new so that might of been the issue. And the frame was a bit squeaky, I prefer more soft bedding.

Wonderful breakfasts! Lovely setting and right on the streetcar line - stops right in front of the Inn. Comfortable bed! Would stay here again.
No cons. Everything was lovely.

it is a lovely inn located close to my daughter’s residence. the breakfast was delicious and served beautifully. We’ve stayed several times before but this time there were very loud construction workers outside our windows at a very early hour working on the porch. I feel like that could have waited and hour or even 2. The sofa bed in room 5 was stained and and not something daughter was willing to sleep on. We LOVE your inn and location and would hope to continue to stay when we visit our daughter but this time was disappointing.
I combined to review above.

The location of the inn is ideal. Away from crowded downtown yet only a 15 minute trolley ride to the downtown area. The property is immaculate in every detail and the grounds invite to relax and enjoy your New Orleans experience. The host Julia was a delight and attentive to every detail
I disliked having to leave

An interesting bed and breakfast on a pleasant street with plenty of parking, nearby restaurants, and the Canal Streetcar running by the door.
Reasonable rates and a friendly and accommodating staff and management. They were very flexible in extending our stay and bringing breakfast to our rooms when one of us became their first guest to test positive for CoViD and we had to quarantine on site.
Solid WiFI. Nice garden to sit out in. Comfortable furnishings and seating in the guest rooms.
It's got 11 rooms, carved out of a lovely 1912 Greek revival mansion, which means that the rooms are all very different, as are the room rates. You may get hardwood floors, 15-foot coffered ceilings, fireplace, lots of big windows, etc. Or you may get a ground floor room with low ceilings, concrete floors, very basic woodwork, limited light.
This is fine, as long as you pay close attention to which room you are booking and know what to expect.

We enjoyed amazing Southern hospitality, loved the gorgeous, spacious rooms full of character, and appreciated the free parking. We stayed in the Prytania Master Suite, and it felt like a small apartment with a huge walk-in closet, living room, and bathroom. We also cannot say enough good things about our most charming and helpful hostess Julia. We had to leave early for a tour and therefore missed breakfast, but Julia packed us to-go bags so that we wouldn't got hungry. Downtown New Orleans can be reached very quickly by streetcar.
Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

The food was good but, the portions were very small
No cable tv or a tv antenna to watch the local channels. The couch was to small for my friend to sleep on. And, the Inn is to far out from the action

The house is beautiful and a pleasure to stay in and the breakfast is individually prepared and fabulous. The real jem of the place is the host Julia. She is extremely welcoming and caring to every resident and helped me in a big way to find a secure place in the house to store my bicycle. She made staying in the house a real joy. Highly recommend staying here.
Can't think of anything I didn't like.
