Everything was wonderful very clean

We ate out for breakfast, but we did partake of the coffee and sweets in the morning. We loved the location and easy access. we needed the relaxation. would love to stay there again if there is vacancy when we make arrangements for our ne next visit to the Smokies. THANKS, THANKS

The room was smaller than we expected, but we accepted. Not anything else but that.

Property was great. The breakfast could use a better variety of food. The hallway and elevator carpets should be cleaned more often.

I liked that the bathroom had a shelf under the sink so we could almost fit our toiletries. Some additional shelves would be even better. Also a bathroom fan would be nice. There are two prongs on the door to hold what? Clothes? Well the door is WET after a shower. We shower one right after another so we can get places all showered and clean for the day. So the door needs to be dry and the mirror clear etc…If your expecting a family of four then the room should have 8 washcloths. One to shower with and one to wash your face either when you wake or before bed. There should be a minimum of 4 bath towels for 4 people and 4 bath mats as well especially if your not putting a fan in. There should be a shelf for towels next to the shower. Not above the toilet. So you don’t have to step out to get a towel making the floor a swamp. The bathroom waste basket and room waste basket need to be bigger and have plenty of bags in them so you can put the trash out for the made and still have a liner on the can if you don’t want maid service because your spouse has important documents and doesn’t trust maids so you have to turn down service. Either way Fans in the bathroom are necessary. If you choose Formica over granite but have space for 4 peoples toiletries and smart access to towels and a place for suitcases I’d stay. I like clean , spacious well thought out highly organized places that make sense. Clean towels above a toilet is not well thought out. It’s questionable on a sanitary level and just dumb on a clean, dry efficiency level. Make sense. My room did not have room for suitcases. The closet could have a suitcase but no room for shoes. Come on! Think! The closet needs to be bigger. We’re afraid of bed bugs etc.. so unless it’s a five star hotel we’re probably not using the dressers. So we need room to get from bed to bathroom with out stubbing a toe. I like pretty but I like clean efficient well organized and well placed spaces more.

I wrote above what could be better. The shower having shelves for the clean towels next to it so one can stand in the shower and dry off without there clean towel falling to the hairy wet floor because the hooks on the wet door— due to no or insufficient fan- don’t work as intended. I once put a bathmat at over the curtain rod at a hotel to dry. That only made the bath mat filthy. So I want to reach out from behind the shower curtain and grab a towel off a shelf not insufficient hook without leaving the shower floor/tub. It’s not sanitary to put clean towels above a toilet. Use logic when designing a hotel room. We bring a toiletry bag. Guess where I don’t want my bag? I’ll tell you. I don’t want it on a wet countertop that doesn’t have room for the bag everyone’s toothbrushes etc… and my clean dry clothes. No fans or the poor excuse for a hotel bathroom fan is insufficient. I need space around the sink and underneath to put everything in the toiletries bag in the bathroom. I need shelves built into the walls on each side of the vanity counter top. I need the double bed room to have a minimum of 4 towels and 8 wash clothes if it’s having 4 guests. If one showers at night they need a clean wash cloth for the shower and one for morning to wash their face. If one showers in the morning they need a washcloth for the shower and one to wash ones face before bed. In short better organized space in bathrooms and our room was tight. Way too small. The closet was too small also. Need a way better bathroom fan!
