The manager was very helpful when I discovered problems with the room I was given. They gave me another room which was a bit better.

The first room was not clean- it smelled of mold and cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. I found the mold odor was coming from the mini fridge which had been left uncleaned long enough for there to be mold in it. Also the bed did not look as if the linens had been changed.

Great breakfast good locale

very nice little breakfast room, a pleasant surprise!

although we did notice a sign the following day, they did not provide housekeeping on multi day stays , a mention on check in would’ve been nice! also there was no access to filtered water other than vending machines, other places in the national parks area provided an opportunity to refill water bottle

Treatment from management to customers. Heard of them violating disabilities act.

Location was really good. Didn't expect the view to be so nice. Not the usual sort of location for these style of hotels.

Not much choice for breakfast some fruit would have been nice.

The beds were very comfortable

Didn't seem very clean. I could see food on the floor from other guests. The beds looked slept in and there was shoddy, slapped together construction in the bathroom. Other guests in the hotel kept me up, so I got terrible sleep while there.

Breakfast was fine. The air conditioning units didn't work well.

The rooms were hot. One toilet was plugged.

You could hear the TV from the room next door until 11PM. Ruined the experience. The A/C unit automatically shutoff every 10-20 min & had to be reset manually using the reset button on the plug.

Breakfast was ok. Location of facility was ok. Room was ok but bathroom was awful small.

Staff (1 person) very arrogant. Did not greet me and always had a sarcastic answer if he was asked anything. The tables in the breakfast area were dirty. It was was obvious they were not cleaned every day. Area where the coffee was located had not been cleaned in some time. Gross! The bathroom was not clean. The stool was dirty behind the lid. The air conditioner would shut off during the night. Room would get hot. Way over priced!
