Nothing
Everything. No wifi, smells moldy, tv didn’t work, dryer didn’t work, flies everywhere in the food area and dirty. We were in a room where on the other side of the wall, where our heads are in bed, they have their big steal washtubs where they were banging bright and early in the morning. It sounded like thunder over and over. The curtains didn’t cover the windows so I had to hang a blanket from the bed so people couldn’t see in. Seriously the worst stay in a hotel ever!!

The location was good and there was plenty of room for sleep. Loved the counter space for vanity and getting ready.
There was no shampoo or soap in the shower dispenser; the TV was way too small for beds to be that far away from entertainment center. The pool looked green and was lumpy on the floor so kids toes got cut. The kitchen was only open 6am-9am, so the kids couldn't even get cereal at 8:50am when they asked....the lady told them no because she already put it up.

I was told I received the AARP discount but I did not get it. No lotion in the room. Ice machine was inconvenient.

The location
I saw a cockroach in room 110, they didn't help me fix the internet, so I had nothing to watch for three days and I even went to front desk .. they said someone was coming and they never came. I smelled mold or mildew the whole stay and no room service came even one time to take my trash or anything. Their was also hair all over the bathroom floor when I first checked in.

The property was close to where we vacationed.
I expect clean rooms and comfortable beds at hotels.
Didn't realize how much service, TV, internet, and quiet rooms means to me when I travel until I did without them.
Guest vehicles blocked the entrance during the rain for over 20 minutes.
Understaffed, waited in a huge line to check in with just one person at the front desk.
No TV.
No internet.
Children running up and down the hallways at night.
Paid a premium rate for poor service.

Bed are uncomfortable, no shampoo or conditioner in the dispensers. Out dated and needs some TLC.

the breakfast was as terrible as I was expecting. I liked the pillows. the lamps worked and the AC was cold.
upon arrival, I opened the door and the stench was awful, so I had to open the window, and found hair in the bath tub. the Wi-Fi didn’t work. not even on the tv. it says free showtime but never loads. the music channel works- kind of. it randomly glitches and the volume on the tv kept going up and down randomly. and the phones in the room don’t work. oh and there was a weird stain on my bed (pictured)

The bed and bathroom were nice and comfortable.
The refrigerator did not have a freezer. The ice machine on our first floor was broken and we had to use the one on third floor—the elevator was broken too. By 7 am, the hot breakfast items were almost empty, and there were not many people staying there.

No hot water, no staff around, pool was gross. No towels in pool area. Breakfast was cold under cooked

Breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles. Juice machine was broken so orange juice and milk were in pitchers
Heater broken in first room. Second room was ok, picture missing off the wall but the hardware was as still there

the property was outdated, the pool was green and there was left over crumbled food in our room floor. we left the day of check in and did not complete our stay for the night.

The room was very clean and it’s convenient. Staff were nice.
Other guests were noisy deep into the night. It’s hard or impossible to control the behavior of guests; nevertheless it impacted my experience.

The eggs were hard and cold. The oatmeal was so thick that a spoon stood upright in it. Do not recommend the food at all. In fact, we left and ate at a Denny's instead; didn't even care that we had to wait 45 minutes for food, because the Denny's was that crowded. Saw others there that had stayed at the hotel, too....
Should have stayed at the Motel 6 across the road as the amenities we paid for were subpar.
Also, the door at the end of the hall to the outside (not the lobby doors) were help open with rocks. What's the point of having your card to enter if they prop open the doors?

Had to replace the sheets on the bed. And the room needed to be vacuumed.

Pool was not open. Should have been told during the booking. We probably still would have booked but wouldn’t have told the kids we were going to the pool when we got there.
