Clean, good price, very friendly staff.

Very clean, very friendly staff during all shifts.

Hoyt Street is a messy, holey road, not a great neighborhood. Very minimal breakfast, not even yogurt.

The smell of weed was pretty strong in the halls and outside, but the room was very clean.

Very basic breakfast.

The exterior of the building and halls smelled like weed. The pillows were like pancakes. Bring your own.

Took the grand kids to Mich Adventure

Price was decent. Not too far from Michigan Adventure where we were going. Bed was comfortable.

Bathroom sink drain was very slow and backed up when using. Beds had sheet metal frame that made a loud noise if bumped.

Would stay again

The property was clean and updated beautifully. Some of the over hotels next door cannot compare to this one. Very friendly people and rooms were spotless

Friendly and helpful staff and room service was daily.

The breakfast was ok, just need a few more choices

It was noisey at night. This hotel needs a quiet time from 10pm to 6am

My stay was great until was asked 2 leave 1 nt. early bc my bf was a slob n the b.fast area that a.m

I love the cleanliness of this facility as well as how helpful & wonderful thehousekeeping staff always is.

The room across from ours had very high traffic all night long, accidentally knocking on our door occasionally

It was close

Pillows were horrible, flat , burn marks on blanket,just didn't feel clean at all . A pill laying on the floor

Would never stay here again

For the most part staff was friendly but didn't seem to communicate with each other well.

I'm 1 of our rooms the ceiling in the bathroom had water pouring from above. Not dripping, pouring. The parking lot and road was so tour up with potholes.

I don’t think I’ll stay their again

the room was ok

the side door did not lock so anyone could just came in, it was a bad winter storm, and the HEAT IN THE ROOM DID NOT WORK SO I HAD TO GO GET A HEATED Blanket

Not a bad stay, but also not good.

Staff were mildly friendly. And location was decent.

Toilet was clogged before I first used it. Used bandage stuck to A/C. Toys and makeup left in bathroom from previous guest.

Breakfast is awesome. Best hotel that we have stayed at at this price! We left a tip for housekeeping this is such a deal

I liked the fact that is was only 10 minutes away from the Jazz concert we were attending

The back door to the hotel didn't lock. All you had to do was pull on it and it opened without using you key. To me that was not secure.

Disappointing and needs an upgrade

Price and location

It was smelly. The outlets were old and did not work in our room. The lights didn't work, either. The electrical system needs an upgrade.

Have been coming to TLodge Muskegon every year in August B4 pandemic. breakfast was a full breakfast with scrambled eggs & sausages etc. Why was this stopped when the booking costs did not reduce?
