What breakfast?
Why $20 extra charge when I used a credit card? Isn't that your security? No elevator. Bed was slanted.

First room has no TV or heat second room was dirty. Staff was pleasant and not a single working Ice machine

The pool area was big and nice.
The hotel is very run down. I was looking forward to the jacuzzi, and it was barely warm. The bar was closed because the bartender was out mowing the lawn. The room door had to be forced open/closed. I felt like someone was going to knock on my door and offer me drugs. It was not a pleasant stay, and it cost just as much as my lakefront room in St. Ignace.

Beds were ok, room seemed clean enough
Dilapidated facility. Filthy ,smelly hallways, dirty /moldy caulk in bathroom. Fire doors on second floor were propped open.

the price was good - the beds were good - clean - easy access to pool - breakfast
breakfast was just eggs, sausage - pancakes - food was cold - no fruit - run out of milk - none for cereal - sausage was not cooked and no brown on out side of the sausage - no ice in machine but you could get some in the office if you pay for it $3 a bag.

Very Nice! Close to things (walking distance).
Everything inside was broken! My daughter needed silverware and they sent her to the bar at 11:30 p.m!!!
Staff was very rude, very cocky as well.

No electricity in bathroom. No Wi-Fi/Internet. Had to leave because we had children with us. Computer difficulties when trying to do that.

Close to the highway, easy access. Pool area was nice.
Room was relatively clean but hallways were dirty. It isn't ADA compliant, no elevator for my elderly mom. Clock in room and lights over the bed didn't work.

Multiple electrical safety violations in the dining area and room. Had to get a new key 3 times in one day.reserved a poolside, didn't get one, but charged the same price.

The bed was comfortable and location is good.
The room wasn't clean.
We also lost electricity for almost 24 hours and no refund was offered.

Poor food/wine choices and availability yet advertised differently. Most things on menu were not available. Staff improvised but price stayed same. Short staffing available but they did their best.

I had a courtyard room not realizing how noisy it would be. Expected more from the breakfast. Hair dryer did not work in room. Hot tub did not work when we went to use it--told front desk and they said they would have maintenance check it, waited a little and then just gave up.

The room was nice still needs some updates and the pool area is very nice.
I had booked my reservation through Booking and it was for a poolside room. We were taking our grandkids to have fun so we wanted and reserved a poolside room. Then 3-4 hours prior to us checking in we get a call that their system over booked rooms and we no longer had our poolside room. I was very upset as we stay there 3-5 times a year when we come to Grayling.
