No toilet paper, bedbugs cockroach no soap no wash clothes no one at front desk to check in no one at front desk to get missing items everything closed laundry restraunt bar was bitten by bed bug

Nothing, it was old, outdated, disgusting.. junky..cluttered around the premises.. stove looked dangerous to even use.. pictures online were deceiving..it was horrible

Worst experience,The manager was inappropriate and sexually harassing me , My kid got sick from day 1 and I haven’t gotten my refund I only stayed for 1say and lost other 3 because my kid got sick from the mold.

Noone cleans the trash was never dumped. The pool was never cleaned each morning like all the other hotels. There is noone in the office. The restaurant smells like sewage

Room flooded, got eaten up by bugs, gave us a room that was worse than anywhere I've ever stayed. I have a long list of complaints. Will be calling the bbb and anyone else that will listen. This place gets no stars from me and my family.

Ocean view room. Ac was cold and showers hot. Very clean pool. And very quiet the entire time.

Nice and the staff was friendly. The fridge in my room didnt work properly and we had to ask for towels cause they cleaning lady didn't leave any but other then that we had a great time

The stove was filthy refrigerator wouldn't keep the food cold the comforter was smelly and full of burn holes and halfway through my stay the pool was disgusting ! Wont be staying there ever again! Also they changed everyone different pricing

Nothing. Filthiest placed I ever stayed in my life. Located close to the beach was the one and only thing that was okay.

Roach infested. The stove and fridge was rusted and caked on with old crusted food. Panel was missing on the wall and you could see outside. I did not want to touch anything. I put the towels on the musty smelling bed and slept on those. When I tried to use the microwave there was a old slice of pizza sitting there. I feel I might be in an incubation period waiting for something to hatch and get me sick.

Staff did everything possible to accommodate us. Location was great. Affordable. It looked like parts of the motel were undergoing some renovations.

Room was old and dated, felt lived in. Cold water in shower didn't work

Older motel. No elevator. Room had a stale odor of cigarette smoke. Carpet, chair, and bed spread had cigarette burns on them. Bedspread had stains on the under side. Pool water did not appear clear and clean. Outside of building could stand cleaning and some paint. Pictures you have make it look a lot better than it is. We sprayed down the room with disinfectant spray and bought deodorizers to be able to stay there.

It was molded and covered with paint to hide the mold smell the restaurant jad good food but the room was not good not staying there never again no room service it was awful it was right across the street ftom hotel the rooms ate awful

The location was good and the stuff was friendly and they were pet friendly pet fee $10 dollars a night for pets

The hard bed and the small stove and TV wasn't flat screen they put us in another building I like to be around pool area bottom floor
