Our room was comfortable. I liked the fact that we could control the ac and the heat. BUT, we were supposed to have a refrigerator AND a MICROWAVE and we had NEITHER. Very dissatisfied.

We were supposed to have a refrigerator and a microwave and had neither. We brought food and drinks with us which we could not refrigerate or heat up.

It was absolutely disgusting. The bed was broken, there were bugs, the sink was broken, had mold stains and barley had any water pressure, everything metal in the room was rusty…the bar in the bathroom, the luggage rack, the lamps, all were rusty. There was something growing on the picture above the broken bed, it was filthy and gross and to top off the whole experience someone ripped the smoke detector off the wall. I guess since they considered it a non smoking room you mustn’t need smoke detector

The inn is in dire need of upgrades to all rooms and facilities. The pool was one of the nice spots. However, the room was clean and safe.

the staff was very nice and the pool area was clean except the pool was not heated.

our bed was basically like laying on Springs, extremely uncomfortable. the entire hotel is really dated. the bathroom tiles were light blue and dated probably from the 1970s.

Mattress was made if straw, pillows were old and felt like rocks, and NO HEAT!

Location was close to the wineries.

WiFi was horrible. Night staff guy wasn’t nice (morning guy was)

This was the second time we've stayed here and both time we woke up to no hot water.

Grounds are great but needs serious upgrades on bathrooms and furniture.. They could just tweak the rooms a bit they woud have a it but they have to be careful not to outprice themselves out of the budget market

It was very sparse and the rooms and furniture definitely need to be updated, but the room was clean, the sheets were clean, and I was not nervous to stay there.

The mattress and box springs were very squeaky and almost worn out. The price was very high for the type of hotel it is, but understandable given the area that we were in.

The hotel is old and needs some up dating the bathroom and the furniture.. but the grounds and location are fantastic.. They should put some fire pits outside as well

I loved having a microwave and frig in our room. The beds were so comfortable and the shower were strong and warm. The pool was sensational. We loved it and look forward to coming again.

Perhaps carpet in the rooms although I understand why it was removed.
