Great lakefront property. It is very peaceful at night, close to restaurants. We enjoyed the room's high ceilings, washer/dryer, and nicely sized balcony/patio overlooking the lake.

The view was gorgeous. I loved that the elevator to get to the suites floor required a key card. The room was gorgeous. Would definitely stay there again.

Not being able to check in until 4pm. Not a huge deal Would have been nice to at least place our belongings somewhere until then.

Entire property was very clean. Every thing was as we would have expected. The view from the balcony was gorgeous!

The TV remotes were difficult to use; had to take remotes from one TV to use with the other TV. Not friendly to use. Even then, the remotes didn't work well.

The room was great. The bed was super comfortable, the chaise lounge was super comfortable, the electric fireplace was a very nice touch, being able to go out on the patio and see the lake right there was awesome.

There were a few issues. When booking, you are required to pay for your stay before your booking is confirmed. I kept getting messages that I did not pay even though the money had been taken out of my account. When I tried to contact the property, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone for around 40 mins so I had to hang up and call booking.com in which they confirmed I had paid and the property is not supposed to contact me about that anyways because it’s booking.com that handles it. I was also told that our room did not have a jacuzzi tub in it, just a regular tub, however there was a jacuzzi tub because it had jets. Upon arriving, the office closed at 7pm so we had no instructions on what to do if we arrived after hours. Finally, I was able to get ahold of the property and they told me there were lock boxes and how to get into ours to get our room key. I’m not sure why that wasn’t included in an email, or why the WiFi password was not in the room or anywhere listed on the papers that we received in our lock box. The office is down the street from your room, that’s where the pool is located as well so we never ended up using it because it is for the residents that live there as well so in the afternoon/evening it was packed with residents & kids. It was also strange that while booking it showed there was only one more studio room available, however I did not see anyone else in the hallways or outside the entire weekend, the only people were people that lived there. I didn’t really mind because it was super secluded for us because of that. It also says no smoking anywhere on the property, however there were ashtrays on top of the garbage cans everywhere. Another thing is, I wish there were curtains on the patio doors. There were only blinds, so in the morning when the sun came up it was soooo bright I had to cover my face with a pillow. The shower was nice, but the rubber lining on the door wasn’t fully on so water leaked out no matter what you did.

Loved the look of the room and the view of the lake.

The broken whirl pool tub, burnt out light bulbs, shower only had scalding hot or cold water(nothing in between), no water on our last day.

Beautiful location in a great spot. Pool and hot tub is very nice.

Poor communication. I received about ten different emails with different confirmation numbers. I was given 3 different check out times in my email, on the papers we were given, and on the app. We were locked out of our room on the last night and had to find a way to get back in. We were supposed to have an extra key in a lockbox but they did not know the passcode. Some did come quite quickly to make a new key.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was bigger than we expected. The pictures online don’t do it justice, seems bigger in person. The view from our room was amazing, waking up and walking onto balcony each morning was peaceful.

Wish we had another chair for the balcony.
