The staff was very friendly and the location was great.

When we first walked into our room it smelled bad, and there were about 25 flies we had to take care of. We found lots of dead bugs that should’ve been cleaned up before we arrived all along the walls, and smashed bugs on the walls that were left for us. We also found a used Q tip, and a dirty old sock under one of the chairs. The master bathroom door wouldn’t close it was so far out of alignment. The beds were okay, but the pillows were like bricks, and I woke up with my neck hurting each day. Overall, we chose Worldmark Branson because of its cleanliness rating, what a lie that was. We will never return to this location, and will not recommend. It needs to be remodeled and the cleaning staff needs to be re trained. I feel like I should have charged them a cleaning fee for all the cleaning I did just to make our stay tolerable.

Very good customer service

The suites were so clean and bigger than I expected. It met my expectations plus some.

It was very cold. We've tried to get the heat fixed twice. Still was cold. The water was cold. Very uncomfortable for me and my family. Had to use oven to stay warm the whole trip. Did not enjoy our first visit. Staff was very nice and helpful
