We love the Chalet!! Stayed there 4 or 5 times now. The facility is exceptional in itself and the location is a plus. It's always very clean and quit. The peace and quit are worth every dollar spent to stay there. I just hope their prices don't start going up with the construction that is going on behind them. The staff is so friendly and caring. We had a little problem with a remodel going on in the room next to us but all it took was a call to the front desk and that was stopped. The pool and surrounding area is exceptionally well kept.

The room next to ours being remodeled on a Sunday morning. But the staff members put a stop to that as soon as we called them.

Rooms were clean

Construction view from balcony , loud jack hammers and machinery and construction trucks ! Not to mention the dirt alllll over the place . Was told the balcony had beautiful views !

Walking distance from the strip, amazing staff, the room was very clean.

There was construction behind the property, it didn’t affect me one bit but I know other people might not be happy about that.

It was very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. And pretty views.

Our room had no nice view windows. Or balcony like other ones did, so was a little disappointed in that.

Roaches on the floor and the roof. There is no heat in the bathroom. Bed was so old it sunk in the middle.

A total reface of this hotel needs to be done. Heat added to the rooms.

Great view of Gatlinburg and of the mountains. Staff always friendly and helpful. Great location, just a five minute walk to the Convention Center. Room was quite comfortable.

Loved the view. Within walking distance to a lot of attractions

The door to the patio was hard to open. That’s only complaint

Neat property, a castle on a hill with a balcony and a view and a fireplace. It's an older property donit has alot if space and character
