The location was perfect next to everything. The beach was only across the street. Close to all the restaurants.

The bed was horrible. Shower and tub were not so clean.

If I have to clean up pots and pans before I use them... not good. Had mildew in the shower. I had to wash dishes everyday... "I am on vacation"- I expected a dishwasher. The pull out couch was very hard to pull out. I am also tired of hearing that I booked with a third party and not direct. IF your prices were better I would have booked direct. NO... I would not remove the sheets to help out housekeeping - that's what they are paid for. I AM ON VACATION. Pool was small for such a large complex. One car only... more than one- $30 bucks a night. The broom in the apt. was terrible. I had to go buy another one. Too much clutter! Many breakable things in the apt. ---too many throw pillows! The air-conditioner was not allowed below 73 degrees. Upham beach was the good point. You should let people know what kind of coffee pot is available. This was called a RESORT?

The bed was hard as a rock and room says fits 4 people but it was 2 small for 4 people. Bathroom needs work, wall falling apart

The bathroom fixtures need to be changed ASAP. Wasn’t thrilled seeing a couple of hairs on my sheets. Otherwise, the place is very adequate.

Very accommodating. Owner furnished beach gear, bath toiletries, full kitchen necessities and more. Highly recommend to anyone.
