The breakfast was plenty for my daughter and I and was delivered to our door. The room was a fair size and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the pool great, but a little warm. It was a short walk to the village.

The only complaint I had was that there were no chairs and table to play cards.

The mattress was amazing! Room very clean. Staff very kind all of them. The breakfast was a Jimmy Dean Sandwich which just happened to be a family favorite. Very pet friendly.

My daughter's room the people above her were very noisy. They woke them up several times up through the evening 10 pm to 2 am with their jumping and laughing etc. She complained but nothing changed it got worse.

Coming from a professional cleaner that bathroom was NOT clean. The grout was so dirty it was almost black, the showers look like they are about to fall apart. And a big issue was NO LIGHT in the hotel room. Theres a tiny little dinky light that barely turned on above the "kitchen" area and two lamps that gave off barely any light. It was genuinely hard to see in there we used a phone light. The worst part was the staff when we arrived. A male (manager I assume) greeted my husband and when seeing we had graciously announced we had a service dog coming with us he immediately accused my husband of him being a fake service dog and went on to say "ive been tricked before". I understand theres a lot of fake service animals out there however you made us very uncomfortable and feel very unweclome with that accusational comment. Not every one is trying to bring their pet there are folks with genuine medical needs and we will not being staying here again.

The room was quiet and clean.

The bed and pillows were super hard and very uncomfortable. Everything was super expensive and there was nothing to do.

The room was clean and cozy. The man who checked us in was great. the location was good. Room decor was fun and retro (one picture clashed with the room) Room was spacious and well appointed. price was fairly reasonable. Town wasn’t busy at all when we stayed.

a cable on the tv was loose making the picture fuzzy. The woman working the second night saw our service dog being taken out and instead of looking at the paperwork or making a note to talk to us at checkout, she called the room to tell us we would be charged a pet fee. She was not friendly. Property charges $5.00 for movie rental and popcorn, which is something most hotels offer at no charge.

I like the old breakfast better. Not a fan of the bag of breakfast.

Walkable to downtown. Had a pool with dome/cover which allowed short pool visits, though would have been nice to have a tad warmer to enjoy pool longer.

Need to check food expiration dates. Milk for breakfast was past the best by date every day of stay. On the last morning I had to have my cereal/milk replaced because the milk was chunky/spoiled when I poured it on my cereal.

The movie rentals were a fun add on!

The shower was great.

The lighting was very dim & bagged breakfast didn't even come close to the breakfast at your competitor in Wenatchee which was a full breakfast at $50 cheaper than here.

Good location and value. HUGE room. Shower was nice, clean and great water pressure. Marshmallow covered pool, but we didn’t visit the pool so can’t really comment on its status.

Parking was a tough. And it’s LOUD. From the other patrons walking to the road department across the street. You’ll hear it all. Old appliances…like from back when they made appliances with wood panel painted sheet metal. We had to jam socks between the refrigerator door and wall to keep it closed.

They were accommodating traveling with 3 dogs and providing us the ground floor room.

Loud people upstairs.

THE STAFF ARE ALL WONDERFUL. ALWAYS GREETING US WITH A SMILE. WE LIKED THAT THE ROOM HAD A REFRIGERATOR, MICROWAVE, COFFEE MAKER, AND A GOOD SIZE COUNTER SPACE WITH DRAWERS TO PUT THINGS IN. ESPECIALLY LOVED THE FREE HOT COCOA AND COFFEE STATION IN THE LOBBY. COMING BACK TO YOUR HOTEL AFTER WALKING IN THE SNOW, AND BEING ABLE TO GET FREE HOT COCOA AND HOT COFFEE EVERYDAY IS SUCH A TREAT. THANK YOU FOR THAT. THEY EVEN HAVE PACKAGES OF APPLE CIDER YOU CAN MAKE. THEY PROVIDE THE HOT WATER TOO. AND IT'S DELICIOUS. LOVE THE BIG COMFORTABLE BED AND IT'S THICK COZY COVERS. AND ESPECIALLY LOVED THAT THE ROOMS ACTUALLY HAVE A NICE SIZE DINING TABLE YOU CAN EAT ON.NOW THAT'S REALLY RARE IN A HOTEL ROOM. ESPECIALLY LOVED THAT THE ROOM RATES ARE REALLY REASONABLE AND AFFORDABLE. HOTELS IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA OF LEAVENWORTH ARE SO UNBELIEVABLY EXPENSIVE. AND BREAKFAST IS PROVIDED DAILY.

I KNOW BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED BUT I WOULD HAVE LIKE TO HAVE MORE OPTIONS.
