Easy check in and location
I’ve stayed many times over the years and always had rooms close to the front stairs without issue but this time back in the back and the outside of the premises in the back was dirty unkept and quite discussing. The back entrance by the elevators were nasty. Carpet everything has definitely been forgotten in the upkeep

I CHECKD IN. UNPACKED AND WENT TO DINNER, WHEN I RETURNED THE ATTENDANT SAID SHE HAD GIVEN ME WRONG
ROOM AND I WOULD HAVE TO MOVE, I DIDN'T LIKE THAT BUT I MOVED. THE ATTENDANT WAS NOT QUALIFIED TO HANDLE ARRIVALS, THE ROOM THEY GAVE US BEDS WERE TERRIBLE. VERY HARD TO SLEEP.
WHEN I RECIEVED MY CREDIT CARD INVOICE SHE CHARGD ME FOR BOTH ROOMS.
I WON.T BE GOING BACK.

Not bad would have liked real eggs not powdered!!
But the ladies were very nice.
When I arrived room was not ready. Came back in 4 hours still not ready.
The first worker at the desk was RUDE. When I came back and room was not ready. A new worker was unhappy. She moved me to a clean room.
Very disappointed that the hot tub was broke. That’s the reason I booked with you.
Also car show showed up. And we could not use pool. And lots of kids. It would also be nice to have an ice machine on our floor.

The eggs on the buffet was AMAZING!!! I have NEVER had liquid eggs that tasted so DELICIOUS!!! That person needs a raise! The gravy was great too.
Maybe a little cheaper since it's an older hotel.

The location was perfect! Never had traffic and was only minutes from everything we wanted to do! Breakfast was good except no fresh fruit.
The hot tub was broken. The beds were fairly soft so one person in our family didn’t like that. The shower head was so low that you had to duck under or aim it straight out.

The staff lady at the desk when I checked in was very friendly and talkative.
I wasn't impressed with the ice cream social. But it could have been cause there was a big girls dance group there that seemed to be getting bigger in line in front of us....

Hotel was clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Shower broke Wednesday night. Informed staff. They said maintenance would be up to repair. They never showed up that night. Told front desk person Thursday morning. She had the maintenance man there in 30 minutes and the shower was repaired.

Indoor pool was pretty good as it was really cold outside. It was in a pretty good location.
The room had a funny smell. The towels were small and hard. The refrigerator didn't stay cold. The breakfast could have had more choices.

Traveling with girls group. 2 connecting rooms. We made our request and got exactly what we wanted. Rooms were very clean, smelled nice, sofa bed was comfortable for our 5th person. King bed was soft. Girl at the front desk even helped in getting our tickets printed out for our SIGHT AND SOUND program! Great weekend with great friends, a perfectly wonderful hotel.
The king bed was very soft. But some people like a soft bed. So all is good.

The fireplace in the lobby wasn’t on. You had to walk outside to get to the nice indoor pool.

Breakfast was a good variety. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Housekeeping staff very nice and helpful. This was a first trip to Branson. I traveled with my adult children and four grandkids. I rented two rooms. No one complained about any of the accommodations. We would definitely stay here again!

We had to wait a really long time to check in because there was only one person working the desk and she was busy doing other things as well.

Request a room on the third floor! Our suite was on the second floor & the people above us were extremely loud.

Clean, attractive facility. Good breakfast, nice people.
Kind of high priced. The room was quite dark and the constant loud exhaust fan in the bathroom was annoying. I would have rather had another easy chair than the jacuzzi.
