The room had a mini fridge that was a little bigger than the average mini fridge. That was helpful in holding all of the food we brought to help us keep our costs down. There was a square table with two chairs. Four chairs would’ve been nice. There was a place to keep all of our skis, board, coats, etc. There wasn’t a ton of room, but we did have enough room to walk around a little bit. My husband tried out the jacuzzi and said it was great! The location was great. We were within walking distance of many shops in town. And it was a short drive to the ski resort. We were right in between Bald Mountain and Dollar Mountain. We would definitely come back.

The room was big and comfy! The location is really good, walk to restaurants and stores.

Great location. Keep the rates as they are. Nothing luxury about this place, but perfect for us.

Your pool access key punch panel is finicky, and left us in the cold a few times while trouble shooting it.

Location is great; right downtown and very near all the free buses used during ski season. Room was big enough for all our ski stuff; bigger than most hotel rooms; really appreciated that. Front office was very responsive.

We did find a cigarette butt in the room. I called the front desk and they came right up to check it out. They offered to scent the room, but there wasn't a smell so we didn't have them do that.

Location is great and staff were friendly.

We were on the bottom floor and the noise from room above was so loud. We could hear them waking around at every hour of the day. We were charged taxes on a already expensive dog fee which wasn’t quoted. Ice machine was broken. Overall for two nights and dogs it was over $550.
