The landscape and property.
The staff is not impressive at all. Not helpful. Rude. The bartender was rude. Staff just lousy. Those lazy people at the desk in particular.

Early morning shuttle to airport was frustrating, apparently front desk or someone gives out lots of different show time….very frustrating and confusing. When I have a flight to make I don’t want to monkey around

How much there was to do for kids the variety of shoppings and closeness to everything
Booking our rooms through booking.com was very deceiving, all the pictures of the rooms were those at the lodge which was where we were thinking we booked, only to find they booked us at the Inn. The Lodge quickly maneuvered things so we were able to share a suite the first night but one of us had to sleep on the floor. The next day they made sure we had a second room for our kids. Other then that things were amazing

I was under the impression I booked the Lodge not the INN. Our TV was out the entire 2nd day.

It’s sun valley after all, what’s not to like?
Was breakfast supposed to be part of our room rate? $500 was pretty steep for one night, the bathroom fan was loud and there was no way to turn it off, the deck door didn’t lock. Check in was weird, there was no marking as to where to check in and finally found a plain desk in a hallway. We won’t stay there again, maybe the lodge is better. It wasn’t worth $500.

The food was very good and the staff was excellent. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help. The bathrooms were clean and looked to be updated within the last several years. The location was amazing and very relaxing.
There were almost no staff. Couldn't reach the concierge at all during the stay. Any extention you called put you on hold if they answered at all. No one at the front desk most, mostly got info and things from the doorman. Most of the shops and things to do on the grounds were closed or only open for a couple hours a week. The bedroom was tiny for the price. The food was not worth the price. The offering are mostly $25 burgers and potato chips. The bed was terrible and the whole place smelled musty.

small refrigerator would have been nice - the drawer thing sucked - nothing was kept cold even with a bag if ice in it

The staff was amazing and the hotel was so clean and beautiful. We totally enjoyed our trip because of accommodations and staff. We will be back for sure!

beautiful scenery, flowers, stream, pond. lovely room, close to everything at resort. beautiful swimming pools, nice tennis courts. we played pickle ball on the tennis courts for the first. nice walking paths. delicious foods at restaurants.
