Excelente lugar, muy buena ubicación, muchos negocios de comida a los alrededores, lugar seguro para ir a caminar. El personal Excelente, el desayuno muy variado. El estacionamiento tiene un costo extra de 10dlls por día, pero vale la pena.

this property is perfectly located just near the heart of downtown, but near everything I love in koreatown.

Parking was affordable (and came with an attendant). Location was walking distance to lots of amenities. Gym was surprisingly spacious and updated. Bathroom seemed new and was clean. There was always coffee and water available in the lobby.

Internet was rather poor. There was construction on our floor (4th) that we were not told about, we only saw 1 small sign. Shower temperature was hard to handle. One of the two bathroom lights was motion sensored and turned off every 5 seconds. The AC/fan device in our room made occasional loud clicking noises that woke us up. Breakfast location was too small and chaotic.

Very clean and comfortable, and well maintained. The area it is in was better than expected. Staff was friendly. Better than expected for a Best Western.

Ran out of parking in their garage, but there was plenty of street parking.

The staff was very rude and pushy, the security was very rude to my family, the water didn't heat up much in the shower so my family took cold showers, and the walls were so thin you can hear the conversations from the next room.

parking - when I came out in the morning, my car was blocked and the parking assistant had to move the cars out for 10 mins. not efficient operation
