Could not get hot water in the shower. Bathroom doors were terrible.

Web site says it has a bathtub in a room, but it doesn’t. Found hair in the bathroom, and the bathroom floor was really slipped. The light doesn’t work in the bathroom. I can’t believe the shampoo was out of stock.

great location close to where we needed to be for a dance competition with our family.

our bathroom was dirty the tub was awful and there was no other rooms to switch to. the heater/air conditioner wouldn’t set so it kept going back and forth to roasting us and freezing us. Absolute most frustrating thing was we booked because of the pool with no heads up before we arrived or after checking in the pool was out of order. the ONLY reason I brought my other children was so we could swim between dance competition times. I was told I would be refunded and haven’t gotten it nor have I been able to get an answer from anyone

The room was unsafe door knob fall off, window were open leaves and cold in room. TV didn't work changed out remote twice and gave up sink runs cold. Notified front desk twice in AM of room needing refresh ( towels, trash empty at least) but nothing.

Room 222 had door issues. Looked like someone had to open with a pry bar before. Also homeless people walked in for breakfast from outside. No one said anything. Saturday morning breakfast. Weird lady roaming halls after breakfast

Any hotel with complimentary breakfast for all of their guests get an auto boost in their rating. They had eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereals, yogurt, muffins and such. My partner had forgotten his travel toothbrush and we were able to get one at the front desk. Speaking of the front desk, they are open 24 hrs which is super convenient if you are traveling from far and get to the hotel late at night. I liked to take walks in the morning around the hotel as it was peaceful and the views of the mountains was just gorgeous. We went early January and the mountains were full of snow. The hotel is nearby a lot of eateries and Walmart was just down the street. We didn't use the wifi, but there is free wifi if you are wondering.

There were a few things that stood out during my stay. The first one being that my partner was about to shower when he noticed that they randomly shut off the water. We get it, things happen, but I think that is something that should have been told to guests. I just hope nobody was already in the shower when the water got shut off. Another thing, on our first night there, we found a couple of hairs on our pillows, blankets. It wasn't anything crazy but worth noting I supposed. Last main thing was that we had asked for spare towels, and those never came. That's all. Everything else was good.

The location was great! At check-in, I was asked what floor I wanted it was a nice option usually we are just assigned a room and you get what you get. I understand that it might not be like this every time. but while there we arranged for a future stay and a different front desk agent asked what floor we would like as we made our reservation. very accommodating.

I stayed in room 204 the tub faucet is in need of being repaired correctly. It looked as though it had been worked on but it the repair job was a bandaid that didn't hold. The bed was a bit hard for my taste.

That dogs are allowed. There was dog poo right outside the door to get into the door of the hotel by where we parked. Dog in room was barking at 6am and woke us up. One night the heater wasn't working so we froze to death had to go to front desk in middle of night to get extra blankets. The front office staff was apologetic about it amd sent someone to replace the heater first thing in the morning and offered to give us another room if heater wasn't fixed. The day staff was good but the evening person that checked us in had no personality at all.
