Very clean and well run. We were very comfortable using it as a base to explore San Francisco and surrounding area. Managers very helpful.

No microwave at least have that in all rooms & make sure y’all get different pillows cause them pillows feel like crap & not comfortable enough

I had to drop off my luggage and couldn't. I gave them permission to clean around my bag. Well had to take it with me. It really was so simple request.

The place is simple, well maintained by the owners, but not located in a too attractive neighbourhood. For an economy stay over of only one night it is well suited.
I was not sure if the parking area was safe, maybe a surveillance system would be worth consideration.

The staff was kind and courteous, the room was clean and even though we did not end up checking in early they had approved an early check in. Had no issuer.
The steps into the room could use a safety rail.
It's an old building and the entry into the rooms could use an upgrade, mostly for safety reasons.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and it was quiet. The microwave and modest fridge were accomodating.

Hot water, nice mirror and spacious
The woman in the reception was kind of rude when we ask about the price she was giving us. She was charging us more for the rooms even tho in the app we got them for cheaper, she end up giving us the price that we had in the reservation. They supposed open at 6 am but when we got there at 7 it was close, after waiting for around 15 minutes she show up in the office kind of mad and ask us “what do you want?” Not a very professional way to greet your customers. There was another guy at night, he was really nice and help us in every way he could. One of the ac in one of the rooms was not working. I just hope they can take customer service more serious because it can literally change your whole trip. After all the first impressions matter.
