Convenient for visiting historic center.

Second night was literally a nightmare. A large group of "younger people" screamed, yelled, went up and down the stairs, banged on doors and carried on for HOURS. Finally about 3 am it stopped. Absolutely ridiculous and I've enver experienced anything like it. I also don't like being charged a $100 security deposit that takes 3-5 days to return. I've never had to pay this before but if those other people are indicative of their normal guests then it would make sense. I will not stay here again.

Breakfast was good...the fact you had to pay for parking your car was insane....should have been included in my fee for room or a lower amount.

The location was a bit loud with cars or motorcycles racing all night long. The mattress was uncomfortable.

The front staff was extremely nice and helpful, and I felt they went out of their way to help accommodate me and ensure my stay went well. Shabbaz made me feel very welcome, and I appreciate how he greeted everyone with a smile!

The room initially did not have any hand soap, but the situation was quickly rectified. The breakfast was ok, there could have been more fruit options, but overall the food was fine.
