Very accommodating host, beautiful view over the river. Super clean, with sweet garden, communal area, bonus mango tree an tortoise.
There was a lot of noice coming from the local river houses in front of my room due to the holiday celebrations.

Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig am Amazonas gelegen. Gut ausgestattet und sauber. Schöne Veranda mit Blick auf den Amazonas. Garten im Hinterhof mit Schildkröte.

Very clean and well located, fully equipped apartments. Privately owned, so their attention to their guests is on point.
Away from the noise and craziness of downtown but still centrally located and near everything.
They organized my airport pick up, and the driver walked me all the way to the door.
I really enjoyed my stay, plus the view to the Amazonian river was incredible.
Many thanks to Miguel, at the front desk, who was very helpful and guided me to the best restaurants in town as well as organizing the transportation. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and welcomed.
Jimmy the owner was also very nice.
I would strongly recommend, best place to stay in Iquitos.

Great staff available 24 hours. River view was fabulous.
The on line pictures show a beautiful balcony with a river view. The balcony is nothing like that and looks over some river shacks. To reach the building you must walk a couple blocks on the Malecon. As a solo female traveler,I was approached by several very pesky and persistent locals and was uncomfortable. While the hotel can be a great fit for some travelers, it wasn't for me. I would have appreciated a blanket on the bed and better quality pillows

The location, the view, the kitchen in room, the people here that go out of their way to help you. Spotless clean rooms, hot water shower, nice AC, feels extremely safe, right beside everything but tucked away on the side so it’s very quiet and peaceful, the owner James is so kind and helpful.
There is nothing to dislike. We actually cancelled our other hotel booking so we can come back here to stay one more night.

Staff were very helpful and arranged our trip on the amazon. I recommend you try to get the guide Jose he was great. The Boulevard Supplied unlimited drinking water free of charge.
I am having to think hard about this so there must have been nothing that needed to be better

The front desk staff were all amazing. They went out of their way to help in any way possible, spoke excellent English and were knowledgable. Email communication before was excellent as well. The location was great - just off the road so NO road noise which was sooo lovely. Great views of the Amazon from the rooms I had. Walking distance to great restaraunts ( Dawn on the Amazon - loved the fish tacos - and the Bistro is great too). This place has Fibre optic wifi so was really the only reliable wifi in town that I found.
An elevator would have helped with my heavy bags , but not really a big deal.

Excellent location, very helpful and friendly reception staff, clean, spacious and air-conditioned apartments, with outstanding views. Watching the sun rise over the Amazon and all the birds on the river, was a wonderful experience.

If u see the occasional insect I would not complain. You are in the amazon and even a 5 star Lodge such as Helicolia Lodge will tell you " some insects will be a part of your stay". Just don't leave crumbles of food around
