Location.

1. No tea bags in breakfast area 2. Refrigerator didn’t cool 3. Room key quit 3 times 4. Charging station for phones didn’t work 5. No towels in room 6. No soap or shampoo in room I typically don’t give bad reviews but too many things were just bad.

Location was good. Nice and safe place to stay in between Raleigh and Durham

Breakfast included was very poor and the room wasn't that well cleaned, some stains in the walls and the carpet was dirty in some places.

The facility was clean. The beds were comfortable.

The hotel was a little further off my route than I realized looking at the map. I didn't know ahead of time that there would be a $100 incidentals fee.

Staff was professional and caring in regards to our needs. Overall our room was clean and comfortable. There was a problem with the toilet seat in our room. It was broken but usable so we did not report it until we checked out. The manager at the front desk was very apologetic and said they would have moved us to another room if we had reported it when we went to our room after check-in. Since we were meeting friend for dinner, we just dropped off our luggage and left for the evening. We were out late and didn't report it at that late hour as it really didn't have a negative effect on our stay. This was our second stay there and we enjoyed our room on both occasions. We will of course stay on future trips as both of our daughters live there.

arrived to room and for 3 people was given 2 bath towels and 2 wash clothes. I set were dirty. Beds were very uncomfortable. Staff was rude. Breakfast was not as described. Comforter was dirty, obvious not changing all bed linen between guests which is disgusting! we stayed for 2 days. Towels and wash clothes were warn and the whole place looked like it was falling apart.

Location was convenient

At check-in, manager wasn't happy about the rate I was given, and made it feel like he was doing me a favor by honoring the reservation. Told me about a $100 deposit for a one night stay, that wasn't in the booking. Toilet seat was broken, shower enclosure was cracked, and found hair in the bed. Was unable to spend the night, and checked into a different hotel, that was in better condition. Will not stay here again.

Location

The entire plastic panel covering the A/C unit fell off when I try to start it and made loud cranking noise while operating so I ended up turning it off during my stay(luckily just 1 night stay). The temperature control knob in the fridge was broken (missing) cannot keep my drinks as cold as I wish. The fridge doesn't even have a small freezer section. Poor breakfast selection.
