staff was not friendly, hated that we had to pay extra for the pool and it closed so early including the hot tub. to get tickets for the pool took FOREVER and everyone complained of that not just us. rooms were TINY! i specifically asked about my room and i was never once told that it didn’t have a bath tub! i have little kids, i needed a bath tub. The front desk clerk when i checked in was def not a people skilled person.

Wouldn’t give a discount for a urgent medical issue requiring we leave early and not stay overnight. Limited and poor quality breakfast items.

The breakfast wasn't all that I've had better need more variety, my room needed vacuumed there were toe nails on the carpet from the last person that stayed had to ask housekeeper to vacuum the room.

Noise from adjoining room. Security door didn’t close and lock!!

The last hotel I stayed in the beds were horribly hard, here was a lot more comfortable

The check in was super quick and easy. All the staff members were friendly and they all greeted you with a smile. Breakfast was great with lots of selections.
There wasn't anything to not like, actually. It was a great experience.

the location was very convenient for us and most of the employees were very nice.
I didn’t like how dirty it is. they never cleaned our room even after a housekeeper said that we need it to contact front desk if we wanted our room cleaned. we arrived and the bed had stains and bathroom wasn’t as cleaned. poor water pressure too.

The room met my and 4 kids' needs. There was room and privacy. We didn't get to breakfast. Being able to share a space without feeling cramped together.
Being able to find a spot to sit and swim. It seemed people who just came to swim took most of the space. Thought maybe the hotel guests should have first preference.

Our room had no hair dryer even requested one none was delivered. Kids running up and down the hall almost all night was disturbing

The front desk people were very kind and attentive. Considering the hotel is attached to a waterpark the staff were as pleasant and helpful as can be.

this is a family friendly hotel. if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay do not come. children running and screaming down halls, and children using the hot tub to splash around and use as a swimming pool.

I liked how it was a comfortable feeling coming into town!
I didn’t like how the parking lot lights were so bright. I also didn’t have another soap for showering in both bottles.
